Do you write testimonials in comments section of a blog or post?

Comments on a website page, should be written in a way so as not to be conceived as a testimonial.

A comment should be an objective response to the content of a post and it must also be impartial and impersonal even if the contributor of the post is well known to the person writing the comment.

A comment should be written in a way that would pique a reader to respond. Testimonials are are not for the comment section of a web post.

Testimonials on the other hand, should appear within the content of a post and is used to extoll the virtue of a product or service.
