Site content stats and goals, shows 0 articles indexed? When I check in google it's giving me rankings on the posts, does this feature work or am I reading Google wrong?

Yeah I had a discussion with Kyle about it. I gave him a bunch of articles that didn't work within SiteContent but are ranked in Google. So he will have a look at it the coming time and it might get patched sometime soon in the near future. Suppose that they are a bit busy (like everybody) with Christmas etc. ;)

So it isn't you.. it is the system that is at error. As long as your ranks are working in google itself, it is no problem that it isn't here at Sitecontent.

Steven

I have 70 posts in Site content and not one indexed but I know this is not true. I don't think it works properly. Annoying but not the end of the world.

Have you checked them with Google? Are you using google addurl?

Yes all submitted and Google analytics says they are indexed and ranked. I wouldn't worry about it.

Ok perfect, thank you!

I noticed that also. But since the actual posts are indexed, I just ignored what the SiteContent is saying. (of my articles not yet indexed)

The more weigh in the more it's a glitch. Works every time!

I have the same issue and am sure is a glitch on WA SiteContent stats.

ok thanks! I'm pretty new just about a month in so trying to understand everything :)

Nice meeting you and wishing you all the success at WA

Hi!Brooks me also because o don't have even a month in the business intend to ask Kyle about that my dear I'll come back to you.

So I have been using the WA keyword tool, but forgot the step of using Google 1st. Now when I went to write my next post I went to Google 1st,( which I believe is the 1st step

I’m not sure i understand the keyword tool /google search either. When i search in google my search terms have thousands of results but show good results on the wa keyword tool.

Qsr is based on quoted search ranks.. meaning "term" it's not the same as just typing in your term.

Hey Shannon,

Just follow the training

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm using Yoast plug in and I can't seem to get my SEO title to populate, how to I change this or is it needed?

Thanks
Shannon

When you say populate do you mean show up in the search?

When I open up the site for editing all the fields on the right are populated just not the title SEO?

Hi Shannon, I used the Yoast plugin once upon a time. But I find that All in One Seo plugin that WA suggest has been working better for SEO for my websites.

Check your permalink settings and be sure that it's set correctly.

Be sure that you set it to custom post for your page titles if you haven't done so already.

Hope this helps.

Felton T.

Hi, does the all in one also give you feedback on the content? That was my reason for using Yoast, maybe I should change back?

Thanks
Shannon

Either one is fine. I just think the "all in one seo" is a little more user friendly.

Did you check your permalink structure?

SEO title is something that should be in place. I use All In One SEO so I can't really tell you how to fix your problem.

Title and Meta should be filled out for each post.

Hi, just want to see what I am tracking, can anyone tell me the difference in stats headers (black airplane), clicks raw, unique and content?

Thanks
Shannon

This should help

Yep, that's what I was looking for.

Thanks!

Thanks Marion. We need to have a header section in the general editor for this question as well as comments vs feedback and all the other oft repeated questions!

Yeah, I've been here long enough (and my memory is good enough) to know that Robert posted that training. But it still took me a few minutes to find it.

This stats track your WA blog, trainings, questions... all content you've posted on WA... it has nothing to do with your website.

clicks raw = all clicks from all people
unique = how many different people clicked on your content
content = how many of your posts are clicked (not sure)

Black airplane is the number of referral sales you have gotten...(not just referrals, but actual sales)

Raw clicks is the number of times people have clicked your content or referral link within WA. The number of clicks by unique (or different) individuals is the unique number.

The main difference there would be that I could click your link 100 times and got 100 raw clicks on your site, but unique clicks would only be 1.

Hope that helps

Ok thanks, makes sense.

Shannon

Hi, just found an area I would really like to promote, not just for black friday but it would be ideal if I could, do I have time? Maybe using FB ads?

Thanks
Shannon

Yes, it is no problem, as others have said...if you want to have one just for Black Friday, you could use some of your free websites to build a sales page and hook up your AR and etc.

There are enough materials provided to get a site up quickly (i.e. banners and copy from Kyle's post, plus your premium member site page) using a free tool like Elementor...

Elementor has some free templates that will allow a page to be set up quickly without a lot of fuss, and they look great. AT you can use a free one like MailPoet...

Good luck and have fun, happy selling!

Cheers!
Dave : )

You can also use PPC to drive very targeted traffic to your site.

I will search the training for that!

Thanks :)

You can do this anytime Shannon. For Black Friday you can populate an existing site with high ticket items. I posted about what's hot earlier (mainly electronics) If you cant ready a site in time you can start something like an A store with Amazon

Helpful tips here. https://www.wikihow.com/Start-an-Online-Store

Thanks! I will start the site now and see if I can get it going in time :) I'll also check the prices in Amazon, they may have what Im looking for.
