Do you forward your web email to a personal email? If so, you can add the signature to the email that replies to the forwarded mail.
That works for me.

I've been using my web mail to send and receive emails. I didn't know that I could use my webmail address inside my Gmail as the primary email responder. Trish enlightened me earlier...and now you. Thanks!
Hey Maria,
Webmail is strictly to be used in forwarding to another email address, or for emergency use.
If you need webmail email address forwarded to your gmail account so that you can use your domain email address inside gmail, you may find the following video helpful: How To Use Your Gmail Account For Your WA Email Addresses Hope this helps you.
Trying to set this up and the following message is coming up and I don't want to delete the webmail because that cannot be undone.
If you have no messages inside that account, you can simply delete it and then recreate it, being sure to forward it the next time.
If you DO have messages inside, you can forward them to another email address and then delete that account, recreate it and be sure to forward it the next time.
Hope this makes sense.

Hey Maria,
You may find Jay's webinar replay most helpful: eCommerce 101 - Starting Out Hope this helps you.
Thanks a lot. Jay's series on eCommerce is a must do for affiliates. Much appreciated.

Sure! Sometimes when we edit or trim, we leave off stuff that may affect the use. Or we add unnecessary plugins. Especially in ecommerce. Watching a vid helps remind us of the basic things...
Rudy
Hi Rudy, I agree. We shouldn’t forget the basics. Sometimes we just over complicate things. Am going to follow you if you don’t mind. You have a lot of good advice.
I have to agree with the answers you already have, Maria! I see a lot of things, but am still currently enslaved by eBay!
Jeff
Yeah I think I got good suggestions. Come on Jeff....let's give WooCommerce a try! 😂😂 Drop those eBay shackles! Lol
Maria
I would if I had a different way to ship. EBAY is still so streamlined in that respect! Let me know how it goes, Maria!
Jeff
I use woocommerce. When you start there is a bit of a learning curve, not just on the platform, and with shipping, but also getting to know which add-ons will work best for you.
Alex
Thanks Alex. This is valuable information to keep in mind. Fortunately my niche doesn't involve a product, so shipping won't be involved. Much appreciated.
Maria
There are some eCommerce plugins that are strictly for virtual products. A quick Google search will highlight them for you.
Alex
Woo commerce, hands down for a single shop.
Big commerce if you want to be a marketplace.
Rudy
Thanks a mil for these recommendations. I'm going to give WooCommerce a whirl. Much appreciated.
Maria
The most comprehensive plugin from our perspective for ecommerce is WooCommerce. It is so highly rated and has so many plugins to cover so many aspects and most of them are free.
We used it several years ago before Amazon provided so many more ways to display a product. If you are not selling your own product, and are strictly an affiliate marketer from our perspective it is better not to create a store. If you do a search in google you will see the way most website present their affiliate marketing products. If we were selling our own products we would definitely use WooCommerce again.
Thank you so much for this recommendation. I'm going to give WooCommerce a try as it definitely seems to be the plugin of choice. Much appreciated.

I am working in the back office of WP and getting an error message on the contact form for my WP website that will set the method of receiving emails from potential customers.
Hey Maria,
Have you tried Google searching the prompt you received and read through the different support tickets, videos and/or posts in your search results?
See screen print below...
That is how I tackle any error messages like this.
PLEASE, DO backup your website BEFORE making any changes so that if worse comes to worse, you have a way of restoring your website to the version BEFORE you made your changes.
Hope you find this helpful.
Thanks for the recommendations. I'll give Google a try and if all else fails I'll reach out to site support. Much appreciated.
When setting up your contact form, do you mean that on the mail tab, the email address you want to use is not recognized as being valid?
Or rhe actual email is not typed in correctly.
I recently had this issue.
The solution was how I had typed in the email, there was an extra character that was not part of the email. Example, two @@, or a comma where it should be a period.
Try that and see if that helps.
Rudy
Hello Rudy. Yes the error is on the mail tab on the contact form. Looking at trying a few options. Thanks for responding.
Can you post a screenshot of the mail section of the contact form? Post or send via pm if you choose, either way...
By seeing the page, we may be able to see what's going on...
Thanks...
Rudy
I got it sorted. Took @Triblu's advice and did some Google searches and came up with the solution that worked. Thanks for the support. Much appreciated.

Hi, if you are referring to WA blog post, there's a prompt in middle page if deletion is clicked.

An interesting question, it would be a great add-on if it doesn't already exist, Maria!

It is an issue; we get so used to being able to go back and recover things with computer programs. It is definitely something I miss when it is not available.
I feel your pain.
Alex
Hello Rudy. Thanks or the prompt response. Unfortunately, I had not yet posted the blog. - I was literally in mid-type mode. I'm aware of the edit option once you post. I've accessed the draft post again and tried the control Z hot keys but my previous text wasn't retrieved - I guess because the last action (the error) has be saved as the last version of the blog. Thanks for your help though. Much appreciated.
Maria, you can right click and select undo and you will get back all your deleted texts or words
You can edit anything you have written once posted.
Look at top of this post, next to the red envelope there is a gear.
Next to gear is an arrow, click arrow to reveal 'edit' option.
When in middle of posting, before the next save. You can use hot keys to reverse action control Z. Reverses...
Check it and see.
