WA Irregulars - fact or fiction?

So I just finished watching this drama series called The Irregulars on Netflix which is about a group of teen misfits who investigate a series of supernatural crimes in Victorian London with none other than our favourite English investigative duo Dr. Watson and his shadowy associate, Sherlock Holmes.

What is Irregular?

According to the Google dictionary, "irregular" as an adjective means:

1.not even or balanced in shape or arrangement e.g.."his strong, irregular features"

2.contrary to the rules or to that which is normal or established e.g. "their involvement in irregular financial dealings"

Got me to thinking on this Tuesday evening, that quite like this group of teen misfits - which by the way means that their behaviour or attitudes sets them apart from others in what might be considered a 'conspicuous' way, Wealthy Affiliates might just be "Irregular"!

This is my first affiliate programme ever, so i don't have much experience to go by, but here's why I think we're irregular:

1. We're a group of people with the same goal/s of establishing and growing our businesses but we welcome competition from within the ranks! Who does that?

2. The top honchos who call themselves "Ambassadors" actually don't sit on their pedestals

watching the minions scramble to climb the ladder of success - they literally support by example! In this 'dog eat dog world', somewhat weird right?

3. The two chief jefes who lead this group of misfits actually seek the interests of the membership and respond to emails themselves - and don't have an auto-reply! Gets weirder!

4. No one WA affiliate is the same. We each came here with our own uniqueness - culture, language, ethnicity, nationality, religion, expertise, skills set - all under one WA umbrella.

At the end of the day, nothing about this group is 'normal'....and you know what, (today at least lol), I'd much prefer to be "irregular" at WA than normal anywhere else!

Cheers!

Maria

P.S. Check out The Irregulars on Netflix on your downtime if you're interested in an English drama series that's pretty entertaining. .

Great irregulars- the sad thing is some of the reviews of WA outside this platform arent flattering at all and at times comes from reputable reviewers. Boy, if I hadnt read dozens of reviews and asked myself eventually that, in a free and competitive industry if WA was so bad why does it have over a million registered and thousands of active members?

Great community - you can share your life, challenges and successes here as you train to be an online entrepreneur - very different from so many other great platforms like authority hackers or ASM

Hi Chris, thanks so much for bringing my attention to the external reviews about WA. I kinda live in this WA bubble and really don't pay attention to what others say about this world where millions of us have chosen to live, learn and grow. Everyone has a choice because there are so many out there and they are also entitled to their opinions. Until such time as I know or feel differently, WA it is!

Maria Excellent Post & share categorizing WA vs others who try to imitate what WA is doing but falls flat. They cannot do it because they did not start with goals & dreams that Kyle & Carson had. They all started with the goal of making at any cost. Keep up the Good Work.

Hi Ed. Thanks a lot for the compliment. When I first signed on to WA, I didn't have any expectations. I've learned more in the last 4 months about affiliate and internet marketing, plus built my own website amd have access to limitless advice and support. That in itself speaks volumes for me!

I have watched the Irregulars and enjoyed it. It is a good adjective to describe us here in WA.

Thanks for stopping by to read my 'irregular' post. Agreed, the series was entertaining.

I will have to look for that movie. Good metaphor for WA.

Thanks Jim. Check it out!

SPECIFICALLY, isn't it our individualities, our irregularities, that give EACH of us a place at the table? "Ticky-Tacky" sameness can easily make people feel UNimportant, UNnecessary! with nothing to contribute that others can do, so "Why ME!?"
We each have something valuable to contribute, which negates no one. :-)

Absolutely! Wonderful way to put it. Appreciate that.
