If it fails, it tells me try this alternate way
1. Download this HTML verification file. [google4682a88825ebc0ed.html]
2. Upload the file to http://the-broman-empire.com/
3. Confirm successful upload by visiting http://the-broman-empire.com/google4682a88825ebc0ed.html in your browser.
4. Click Verify below.
To stay verified, don't remove the HTML file, even after verification succeeds.
To be honest, I have no idea how to upload this to my website.
Hi BroManEmpire. Have you tried the meta tag method? I've never been able to get the html file option to work either. However, the meta tag option worked great. Give it a try and let me know if it works. If not, I'll be glad to help you further.
Thank you for the advice electrobot, but to be honest, I have no idea what 'meta tag' option is. Could you please explain what it is and what I should do a bit?

Hi BroManEmpire. Have you applied for and been approved for a Google AdSense account? How To Easily Add Google AdSense To Your Website in 4 Steps!
Yes I applied last night, and that's what started this mess. haha. However, I will check out your link and see if that clears anything up. Thank you :)
But they did give me the code to put on my website, and that is what I was trying to do, but not knowing how to do it. Would that also become more clear once I am accepted? Or should that be easy enough before I am accepted. I thought implementing the code they gave me was suppose to help me in the approval process.
However, I do not think I have been approved yet. Is that the reason these next steps are not working? If so, then there is hope and my bad.
Hi electrobot. I actually found the alternate method this time suggesting using meta tag, and I did what they said and this time it Worked! and said I am verified. Thank you so much for all of your help.
