Thank you all for your well wishes!
Hi one and all ,
My last post was about our recent car accident. I just wanted to thank you all for your well wishes. I wanted to respond to everyone but I find myself overwhelmed by the situation.
Ever since it happened we (my family) have been in pain and having a combination of nightmares and flashbacks. Basically, I have not been in the right mental state to respond to anything. Thank you for bearing with me.
I have been on and off in chat but between the pain and other distractions, I have not stayed long.
The situation with the insurance is a nightmare and I think we are going to have to hire a lawyer but I still keep looking at the crash pic and thanking God I am alive. Got to hold on to the good.
As for my site…
I managed (today and last night) to write 3 half-posts. Trust me, this is huge.
Shout out to Jay who got me writing again on my site! This is a feat in itself as it has been over a month since I was able to write a post.
Between having Covid and then the accident it has been difficult to write so this is a huge win.
My traffic numbers are climbing finally. They aren’t in the high numbers others post about, but I am getting 15-50 views a day now. I also only get traffic from Google so it has taken time to rank for anything.
I have about 5 posts that rank highly right now and other articles are climbing.
I am at 95 posts in the MMO niche and my site is just over a year old. So hopefully these are good enough stats based on the niche and low content at the moment.
My site at this point requires a lot of content and I constantly struggle with that so it is nice to be on a writing steak.
I have had a couple of referrals to complete their profiles. So that is exciting.
Thanks for reading,
Brie

Hi Brianna,
So sorry for your experience.
These incidents are difficult to manage and recover from.
As you, and others, have said, the good news is that you both are alive.
You have a purpose and are slowly improving.
We will keep you in our prayers and wish you both a speedy recovery.

Hi Brie, I understand what you are going through. My husband and I was in car accident this past January.
A pick-up truck hit us the right back panel of our car. And push us into a park car on the corner and we rolled our car 1 half times.
The firefighters cut us out of the car through the windshield. Everyone involved said that God and his angels were with us because the caliber of our accident victims are seriously injury or are killed instantly.
My husband had nightmares for the longest time. He already has PTSD from his military days and this just compounded the situation.
My husband blamed himself for me getting hurt in the accident. I have a pinched nerve below my neck and I experience numbness down both arms. My neck is stiff on a regular basis now. I take shots for my migraines headaches. I have always had migraines but since the accident they have gotten worse. My husband has a pinched nerve in his right leg.
Our insurance is handling everything for us and we got a lawyer through a friend of ours. We have been going through this since March is when we started with the injury doctor. And we are just waiting to get discharged from the injury doctor so the case can proceed.
I suggest whole heartedly get a lawyer, because they will send you and your family to a injury doctor and to therapy.
If you need any help PM me and we can talk if only you want to. I am here when you need me.

Brie,
I'm glad you are getting better and you you will continue to get better. Everyone is different, it took me a good while before the playbacks of my accident faded from my memory and keeping yourself busy is good medicine but keep at it , you'll get there.😊🧡
It may not sound like a lot, but considering the circumstances — it is a lot. Great work.
May you and your family heal soon!
-Mike

It is always bad when you have an accident. I did have one a few years ago. Not my fault someone drove in the back of me. The car was a ride off - my beautiful car. Then I thought cars could be replaced people can't.
I am glad to hear that you are better.
