Life altering car accident
So as you can see by the pic above my family and I were involved in a severe car accident. We were on the highway and traffic had come to a complete stop. The person behind us did not stop and plowed right into the back of us flipping us at least twice. My husband's adrenaline kicked in and he was able to kick open the door and rescue our 5 year old son. I was released from the car by some nice people who stopped when they saw the accident. We were very lucky that we walked away from that accident.
I am infinitely gratefull to the wonderful local citizens who stopped to help and stayed as witnesses. I am also beyond grateful to God who helped keep us all safe.
While this post does not directly have anything to do with WA, I find myself also grateful thatI am a member of WA. People here are as wonderful as those members of the public who stopped just to help. They did not have to stop or help but they took their time to do so and so does this community. I guess I am rambling but it's just nice to know that the communities I have chosen to participate in have had my back.
Despite all the awful things that have happened. We are alive and working for a better tomorrow.
On another note, we went to go get stuff out of our car at the towing yard and a car a few feet away was on fire. We told management and they called the fire department.

Wow, Brie, I am so glad everyone walked away with no serious or any injuries. Sounds like the Angels and God protected you and your family. Life can be taken within an instant. Thanks for sharing, whew, scary moments, everybody was a hero that day. We all need to be thankful. What a blessing. I’m glad everybody is okay.

Praise God that you and your family are ok. Yes, there are lots of wonderful and caring people all over the world. There are more good folks than bad.
