You are already on the $299 price, so if you want to remain on this price point you don't have to do anything. If you want to upgrade to Premium Plus+ you will be able to do that as well, there is a big banner across the header that will allow you to do this.

You need to have a gmail account linked to your personal Google Analytics account.
The same Google Analytics account can contain ALL of YOUR websites, so you only need the ONE Google Analytics account.
Monster Insights is a plugin that some members swear by and this plugin can be linked to your Google Analytics account but it is NOT Google Analytics.

Yes, there is an account in your name, when you signed up with Wealthy Affiliate, have you paid for the prescription? if you have paid for the prescription you have an account, I am not sure I do not have Monster Insights, I am not sure where you started, however, you should have started at the beginning, hope this helps.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console have nothing to do with WA. Just Google. Lily suggested searching for training here. There is a lot available. If you get stuck, ask for help again.
Monster insights has a relationship with AIOSEO but it is an unnecessary overhead since you can get all the detailed feedback you need via the Google Apps.
