Happy 4th of July, to my American friends, here at WA!
"To everything, there is a Season..." ... It's hot and Summertime, in Texas!
Today, all July 4th, plans, are postponed, due to "enclement weather" . Traveling, with Michi, to Michigan, when I get pack and get on the road! Traveling gets my juices, flowing, and recharges, me! This week, I haven't been around WA, as other priorities, took any writing time.
I must have the proper, frame of mind, and not have my mind cluttered, if I'm to produce anything of quality. Knowing, myself, and how my schedule, can be interrupted, I "have to" , be flexible! Blessing of a creative over the logical mind. Logic and left brain, are great, when I'm in training mode.
Learning to channel each side, for hollistic thinking, so they work together, ...is a fun challenge. Looking forward to putting my ideas, into concrete form.
Must get packing...

Lisa, there's nothing quite like traveling across the country, on July 4th weekend!! I watched fireworks, long into the night, from Texas, to to Mississippi!! Great fun!!

Hi, yes I am proud to be a American. Love the song also. My dad was a lieutenant Glider pilot in ww2. And my father in law was 10th mtn also in ww2. So humbling what our vets have done for our freedom. Freedom is not free!

Absolutely, awesome drive, Mike!!
All, cleared, for a spell, in Houston, allowing me my escape!
One, 10 minute, downpour, in Mississippi, and then... smooth sailing!
Left, Houston, 4:30, Wednesday...watched fireworks, into the night.
Arrived in Saline Michigan 11 PM... Thursday! Record time, considering, 2 stops!
Michigan, is a little cooler, now, so windows are open, and a breeze is coming through!...No AC, needed.
Now, at my retreat, and it's "get to work, Monday!"

Elaine, I escaped, the flooding, and left at the intended time, with blue skies, in the offing. Houston's had rain ever since!
