Day 5 - "Ducks! Buckets!" and Time Management!

Change mind-set, immediately!
"Monday, Monday, so good to me! Monday mornin', was all i hoped it would be..."- Mama's and Papa's
2 o'clock, 2 am, and I was wide-awake! Sunday, evening is, now planning time, for the week!
My plan fueled my vision!
Writing, at least an hour a day, has been this first week's focus. Momentum, building, leads to continuous forward, activity toward my goals.
Having settled into a flexible writing schedule, now it's time to raise the bar, and work, on my training. My writing will be needed for the necessary initial articles, needed to launch, my site, effectively.
Less talk, more action!

Attitude is everything!
Am I plagued with "problems", or am I eager to tackle "projects"?
Do I "have" to do things, or do I "get" to do things ?
Are my motives, self-serving only, or are they Win! Win! for all?
Where did the self-discipline go?
30 years, of teaching, with a pay-check to motivate, instilled, plenty of self-imposed discipline, by necessity of survival!
Heinz 57 varieties, of disabilities, and levels of achievement, and capabilities, made class time, a night-mare, without PLANS! Adding the different learning styles, only increases the need for appropriate planning.
Any, given day, Reading class? ...all levels, Social studies, hour? Texas History, American , and Geography, Math! Ha-ha!!, English Lit or American or grammar?
Throw in Health, Computer Sciences, Music, Art and PE, whenever appropriate,
One, year to another meant constant change!
I had a plan, and kept notebooks!
What is my Purpose, now that I'm retired!
House flipping, tax prep, drug/alcohol training, and astrological counseling, are just a few of the things I've tried, since retiring.
Oh! Internet marketing, with scams and failures, costing thousands...
I tried, to do, many things, with some little successes.
Why was I failing everytime?
Stopping trying and start doing!
Define the problem, was the first step!
None, of my goals, were hooked to an inner purpose!
The desire, or passion was missing.
My teaching, was always, connected to my inner desire to help these "Special" children, develop their special talents! Just, help, at least one!
My paycheck was a reward, but not the prize!
Redesigning, Barbara and getting, "All, my ducks in a row!"
Too, many ducks! My ducks are my dreams and my projects!
Need to priortize!
An assignment for Defining Clarity of Purpose, suggested listing, the first 7, areas of my life, having immediate, areas of concern.

- Michigan Condo
- Stained Glass
- Boys & Dad
- Recovery groups
- WA site

Financial security is at the root of all self-esteem!
Due to financial problems, many marriages fail.
Forced, career change is seldom a welcome surprise.
Having money is not nearly as important than having the ability to make money.
Achievement, and earning one's way builds self-esteem!
When, one has money, they have more to help other people!
Finances! The elephant in the room!
Upon, reviewing my list of areas, 3 of them directly related to financial problems!
I was asset rich, and cash poor! Home and condo were cash investments, or ARE they?
Without a goal, I just floundered, and ended up in debt!!
My Purpose became crystal clear! Get out of debt, whatever it takes!
Where to begin?? It all starts with desire and a VISION!
One year, later, or less...I am , once, again, financially independent!!
Tomorrow, I'd like to share how to create goals, from the heart!

Today, I couldn't get away, for long, and I was back to training or fixing, my site.
When, I finally sat to write a quick update blog? ...I ended up writing a straight hour after all!
