Is it ever ok?
I have been a business owner offering businesses corporate and small business credit profiles for over 18 months now and I am just starting to feel like I know what to expect when meeting a new client for the first time and I am finally not shocked anymore. People are people and I just keep reminding myself something Zig Zigler said which was "you will have evrything you want in life if you help others obtain everything they want in life. Helping others reach their financial goals will make you rich in more ways than with gold I just wish others showed a sliver of graditude. Even just niceness. I have been fortunate to , for the most part had great clients I would invite to my wedding, but now and thenI have to take a breath and remember why I have worked most of my 26 year sales career for commision only, and yes thats how I choose to live, but i have always at least mentally had a waste my time fee... Is it ever ok to envoke that? ...lol Happy hunting WA!!

I too like that Zig Zigler quote - it is very true. Most people if you can find a way to help them will follow you anywhere. Of course, there are always a few who just want to take advantage.
I have always worked on fee for service rather than a salary. I find it a better motivator.
