I am sure there is something out there, but if you're having a difficult time finding one, it typically means that it isn't very good.
I am personally not a fan of force actions via exit pop-ups as they tend to do more harm than good. They can actually be considered spam and your site rankings in the search engines will go down.

I am sure there is something out there, but if you're having a difficult time finding one, it typically means that it isn't very good.

Can multiple affiliate programs(from different service providers) be undertaken in a single website?
Yeah. But I wouldn't put to many, however if lets say your niche is bmx bikes. (Just threw that example out there) and person A has some bikes you like, and person B has some bikes you like as well. Putting them both on your site wont really be a bad thing because the visitor more then likely wont know that is what is going on when they click the affiliate link and go to the other website.
So yes.
As long as they are quality programs could be good to give visitors a choice- just my opinion. I'm sure the experts will chime in with different reasons why its a good or bad idea.

That does seem like an extra long time...
Yup, but one member mentioned in a post that he sometime gets the cheque after one and a half months, so was wondering. Thanks for commenting Kary
