One of my followers ran into financial struggles. She had to stop paying for her Premium membership via PayPal. She expected to still have access to the free services.
It is not possible to downgrade. Free memberships are lifetime but once upgraded, one cannot return to Starter level.
If she has a website, she can access it for 30 days to arrange to transfer it for hosting elsewhere, or to save a backup on her computer.
Premium memberships are also for life. When she is ready to return, she can try to login using her login details but she won't be able to access the platform until she resumes payment. If she cannot login (I guess it might depend on how long she was away), she can contact support to see if they can re-enable her account.

I had thought they could "back down" to a free membership and not get the premium benefits. This is NOT available???

If your friend wants to continue when things get better. I am sure she csn wtite to Kyle. Save up and rejoin at the yearly rate, which is a little less$ . Let us know how ie goes. Glad you posted this. Something we dont often think about.

I have an affilate program so I can put items on my website from amazon. but i am having troulbe with wordpress i can't fique out how to do it. Can anyone help me please?

Hi Brian, the language of wealthy affiliate is English. So it will be hard for someone to participate if they are unfamiliar with English. I use this Site http://en.eprevodilac.com/ . You can use it to translate from Croation to English and vica versa . you could just copy and paste either way. worth a crack.
Thanks for the tip. If you go to his profile, you will find that I have translated his words into English. The translator is not perfect, but get the point across that he is frustrated.
Please advise if you know of who might be able to help or guide him. I'm not familiar enough with the system to be of much help.
