There is little point in adding affiliate links before you start getting traffic to your site. Google will like your posts better without them, particularly in the beginning, and you can always go back and add some links when you are getting traffic.

I don't worry about affiliate linking until the site gets traffic. No point in adding them when people arent coming to your site.

As long as you don't put them everywhere or in every post you'll be fine.

If you have connected your site with Google search console, you can submit any of your URL sites through Google search console and can be indexed within an hour.

Also bear in mind that Indexing and Ranking are two different things. Indexing means Google know's about your website. Ranking is where you appear in the search results. Ranking will fluctuate overtime due to numerous reasons. Such as the authority of your website, how relevant your content is, any social engagement and sharing of your content, as well as Google Algorithm Updates, etc.

Hi - it can take up to a couple of weeks before a new website is indexed by Google. At that point, it will be added to its search engine. You will get an email when it happens.
