Ranking on WA

Hey, peeps,

I noticed my rank hasn't changed most of all week even though I've been pretty active on here every day. Checking in and responding to questions in the classroom and responding other WA bloggers. Including the lessons in Bootcamp and reading trainings.

Other people who are new, getting their rank dropping very fast, while mine didn't move downward like it's supposed to.

This is making me think that's there is a glitch again.

Anyone notice any issues with WA ranking?

Was it because super affiliates were in Vegas and the ranks got a glitch?

I know there was a problem before and Kyle fixed it.


Just curious why my numbers stayed frozen all week?

Please comment, feedback, and likes or don't likes about ranking issues.

Hi Brenda, my rank has been fluctuating 54 and 52 for a while now. It went up to 54 yesterday morning, I made a few comments and a few replies. Unlike other days where I tried to be as active as I could. I got a bit disappointed with the ranking system and decided to a bit of catching up on other chores. Did a walk out strike. This morning it was at 52.

I have been told so many times not to concern myself with my rank but, when things do not seem to be working logically it does bother me.

Michael, me too. I learned from another member that once our rank gets lower from the top 200 down to top 100, we all are in a competitive space. I really do not see it that way. I see it as a way to pay it forward like Kyle teaches. Competition is the last thing on my mind. It looks like people are "competing to be an Ambassador" but that was not Kyle's point. His point is that we are to help, create, and pay it forward in this space with each other. Period. Also Kyle did fix the rank to prevent people in the "competing space," whatever that meant. It meant that it would be harder now to get to the top ranking number even though it has no montary value other than prestige. Kyle surely is humble about that.

Hi Brenda, the incentive to rank accordingly should be governed by a person's commitment, and their contributions to WA, period.

Have you found it to be unfair? Some point rank seems unjustified in spite of high activity and contribution to this platform. Its something I do not understand. Thanks for commenting.

I try not to watch it Brenda, it it sometimes hard because I want to rank but that is not the main reason I keep moving ahead.
Trying to get to a certain rank distracts me from building a successful site.
I think it like washing clothes, I put the clothes in and in time they come out clean.
If there is a glitch, those in the know will get it all worked out.

Hi Brenda I have noticed that happening as well. Mine dropped low overnight and then jumped back up even with me being active daily online. Haven't been on much lately so needless to say it has gone up a bit more.

There 3 main criteria as listed.

1. Helper - How much you help and how timely it is within the community
2. Creator - Do you blog, do you create discussions, do you create training
3. Activity - How active are you within the community, do you leave comments, do you interact with new members.

My rank jumped very quickly by doing this.

1. Write blog of more than 200 words and have your blog ranked in top 10.
2. Ensure your blogs have many comments and likes (more than 50 each)
3. Stay online in WA for more than 1 hour everyday.
4. Comment in other people's blog.

Yep, you betcha , done most of them that you listed when I can. I am on here daily for hours and hours. I feel like it’s a glitch. That’s my gut feeling. Thanks for commenting and sharing your input.
