I am hitting a brick wall with the main support here! I am in need of assistance to move the Education section of my resume to be listed below the Employment section.

Not sure what specifically you asking? When you say "you want to move the education section of your resume to be listed below the employment section," please elaborate.
Do you want a job with WA? or you want to submit you resume publicly to gain employment in your local market?.
if it is publicly to your local market, then most of my friends post it to Social media and craiglist. Linked-In has proven to help most of my associates. If it is with WA, I have no idea what the process is. Hope that helps.

It is to be publically available for virtual work from home positions. My wah job was outsourced yesterday so really need to get this site live due to many co-workers were released as well.
In order to work from home many businesses want to see an online presence in addition to my social media accounts so it is pretty standard now for virtual workers to have an online professional resume website with portfolio.
Some of the work at home positions that I qualify for want my resume url and email before they move forward which I understand.
Ok.. so it looks like your using the FlatCV theme from Theme Forest.. if you purchased it through them, they should be able to offer support: http://themeforest.net/item/flatcv-resume-portfolio-wordpress/5285379
This was from the Theme Forest support...
If you provide us with cPanel access (i just need phpMyAdmin to access to the Database) - I will change id for this categories to sort them in a proper way.
This is from WA support when i requested information so I could give them access...
The control panel has been retired now and WA does not provide control panel access. So you can use FTP for uploading/downloading as well as changing file permissions.
Oh nice!! NOT. Yah, that's the one issue I've come across with the WA hosting, so I'm going to be moving my sites to my own hosted account. Unless there's a way within the editor to change the order.. but then you're getting into code which can be scary. ThemeForest is looking for access to the database itself which makes sense.. but unfortunately not helpful for you :(
At this point, I am tempted to cancel my WA membership and move this due to the lack of support from WA.
I would first try replying back to support and explain to them exactly what support at theme forest is looking for. See if there's any way they can help you then. Unfortunately aside from that, there's not much you can do here.
See below as to issue I am having with WA support in order to allow my theme support to assist me.
Please advise
OK, I think I understand the problem.
Your theme support need the underlying access to get at the 'raw' data so that they can change it. WA don't allow this type of 'raw' data access.
To plan B. Making this up as I go along so it may or may not hit the mark...
I assume that you can access the WP dashboard for the site. So the question for your theme support people is:
If I am within the WP Dashboard, where I have access to posts/pages/themes, how can I change the order of things to my liking?
You may have to edit the question a bit so that it makes more sense before sending to them. Normally in a WP theme, within WP Dashboard, Appearance, Menus you can change the order of Menus. I am guessing (and it is only a guess) that this is where you can change the order to things in the WP theme you are using.
I am hoping that there is no need to get 'raw' data access to do what you want to do.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
David
normally I would just say copy and paste within the page, but after looking at the site, it looks like it may be part of the theme that you're using (cool theme too btw, and great idea).

Anyone know of any free CV, vCard, & Resume WordPress Themes here on WA or WP
Hi, I've just started using vCard... seems pretty cool - here's one I created for my motel in just five minutes. Not sure if this was what you're after? https://kdforsman.vcardinfo.com/#/
Just type in the themes you are looking for in your themes area in your dashboard where it says add new or the search field and hit enter on your keyboard.
Wordpress, I know. Actually for my first website, I went to create free website in WA, then I look for the resume and CV type themes, there are. You can search on these themes

Been advised to create online presence and professional website to market myself as a virtual assistant. All feedback welcomed
If you want to sell anything on the web you need to give away a lot of good information first without including any sales pitches. Nothing will turn off a visitor faster than meeting a sales message the instant he accesses your site. Keep that in mind.
This site will be mainly my resume portfolio page for future virtual work - have a separate website in the making promoting WA and affiliate offers.
Per http://www.virtualassistantjobs.com/establishing-your-virtual-identity-2/
So you would suggest that I have a static Home Page and create a separate page for the Blog.
My niche is virtual email customer support to offer professional Email management for the small business, AM or IM businesses.
As I see it, that would be what I would do. But you'll have to use that page to induce your visitors to go on.
Not quite sure I understand. You can Blog anywhere and depending how you have your website setup will depend what your Home Page looks like. Now, per your 2 sentences, I see you are a virtual assistant. If you want to show off your skills, I would have some nice resume topics/samples on the STATIC HOME PAGE. Make sense?
