Hello everyone! It's halfway through my first month as a premium WA member. I am at the time building my first website. But, I realized that my niche has a lot of competition.

look for questions your niche are asking...
there will be forums or groups somewhere that cater for this niche...
so hunt it out and look at the questions...
or look at the different parts of your niche and focus on one to start with...
define smart tech ... does that include anything iot or are you looking more at amazon echos or smart fridges...
if so you are looking at products...which is not really a niche they are products...
when you find a group of people with problems then you are more setup to help...
or look at the tech and ask what problems you are solving and aim for that...
so for the first 30 or so posts you will be offering free info without any affiliate links....
what topics have you chosen...how have you broken your niche up into sections ( categories)....
phil

Do a swot analysis on them and then check out word count , questions search terms that Google throws up. Then be more different in your approach. My niche is now crowded so I'm more bonkers everyday. I say the opposite of what people expect. So stand out. People are bored of people saying the same things . Just my view. Good luck

Thank you very much @philmedia. I'm on it.

Cool you can answer all the questions and search intent but do it differently and better ! U got this !
