What I mean is, How much training did you do before you put up your website? Did you do the training then put it up, or put it up and just go with the flow?
Well, im currently on lesson 7 of the initial training and so far i have learned how to delete default content (privacy terms etc) and then replace them with your own, build your "about me" page and also what settings to change and alter within the SEO pack (plugin) so that's all i really know about the training so far, im currently in the process of completing that. Basically i have my website up but the content is still in order, as soon as i complete that i will be sure to let you know how its going.
I followed the training step by step and did everything accordingly. I had it in less than one month. Always feel free to ask anyone here. Everyone will be happy to answer your questions.
it is best to learn by doing - so building your site as you are training will help you retain the information - you also get to practice with test sites ( setup a ouple of siterubix as test sites to play with)
but the quicker you get your site up, the quicker google gets to trust you.
you probably won't get visitors for a few weeks, so factor this in to get a few pieces of content created.
good luck with your journey Brandy.

I put my website up immediately and added content on a regular lol nope make that a sporadic timeframe. It's good when Google sees you posting frequently
