coming up with new content can be hard at times, and starting into a computer screen can make it even worse. I know it does for me anyway, I start feeling dazed and confused LOL
I am working in three sites, as well as another writing project on thr side that has nothing to do with websites. By having different options I never have writers block. If I get it in one plaxe....I just stop and work on a different blog.
Taking a break is definitely a good thing if you have a case of writer's block. Outside of that though, I like to peruse around the community to and do other things. Often I will find inspirations just by interacting with the community.
Hi, your better than I am so Im not really qualified to help, but I am always taking down notes in a pad and writing references then I come back to them, hope that helps
Anything helps! This is more of an open discussion more than a question. There is no right or wrong answer here everyone deals with this differently and gives others a chance to see how others deal with it.
I seem to have an unlimited amount of ideas so I don't really suffer from writer's block. I've immersed myself deeply into my niche, so I'm drawing inspiration all the time, everywhere.
The challenge that I DO face is getting those thoughts and ideas out and organised properly into a well-written article.
Wow that's great! The hard part is done then, there are a lot of ways to get those thoughts down and organized. I like to hand write all my content out first. Start with a main topic then a list of 3-5 things I can talk about. But maybe you should start a new discussion on the topic and see what other people do to turn their thought into great content.
In addition to what others have said you can browse through blogs and sites related to your niche to see some of the stuff they have written about. Don't just copy the content of course =) but you can def. use it as a starting board to get some ideas of what others are writing about. I personally like to browse the comments on big related sites because a lot of people will ask questions or add information that wasn't in the original post and these can lead to some great starters.
This is a great idea as well, doesn't hurt to check out the competition LOL. Your right lots of good ideas floating around in the comment sections, especially on the Q&A sites.
Hi Brandon. I just did a post about writers block because I suffered from it for 2 weeks. Hope this helps :) Patti

i agree with getting out of the house. Sometimes I'll take a pen and notebook with me and write it in the notebook. Then when I get home I'll type it up.
Yeah, smart phones are great I tell you, I was in the grocery store the other day and got hit with a ton of ideas. And I'm the type of person that will forget my ideas by the time I check out (let alone by the time I get home) so I just take out my phone and make notes as I shop.
Good question! I like to think of the questions that I get asked regarding my niche and then I find a way to answer them in a post. I do draw blanks sometimes, when that happens I typically take a step back and within a day or so I get an idea.

Should this be your sites G+ account or your personal?
I used my personal G+ account since I only have the one, but if you have a separate account for your WA campaign, I'd use that one.
That's what I'm thinking, it's not necessarily a WA campaign it would be for my site, where I will be writing post and promoting WA

I was just thinking...... Why is there not an app for when we are on the go. I mean I'm sure every one on here has smart phone and/or tablet. An app would be great to catch a le
Hey Brandon, as a premium member you can turn on "Responsive Mode" by going to your account settings here:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/home/my_profile
In the first section of the page you'll see some options where you can choose responsive mode, and it works great for mobile.
One thing that you'll notice is that not all of WA is responsive, simply because some elements of the platform don't make sense on a small screen, but lessons, the dashboard, blog posts, your profile, Live Chat, Questions, Affiliate Programs are all Mobile responsive ready!
All of our platforms going forward are mobile ready and optimized!

Yes!I was think of same thing too, as soon as I join the premium. I believe people who work on affiliate marketing likes to be free. doesn't want to carry a heavy NB around. It would be nice if I can sit down anywhere and can go straight to start my work, without worrying left any document at home.
I have been using the "My WA Mobile" app for about a week, apparently only available on Androids Google Play store
Really? That was a comment you made 6 years ago and it’s still not on Apple devices? That’s just sad.
It's a question that's been raised a few times before, and K&C have said that they will consider it at some point, but the cost of developing and maintaining apps across multiple platforms wouldn't be worthwhile currently, especially with the constant updates to the features and facilities on the WA site, especially as Google's "Chrome" app works perfectly with most phones and tablets. :) Rich.
Yeah I figured it wasn't coat efficient if they didn't have one. I will have to look at google chrome. All I have is an I phone and iPad . Not so bad on the tablet but challenging when using my phone. Lol, thanks for the feedback.
The Chrome app for iPhone and iPad works well with the WA site. If you're looking for an app to edit your site with then Blogsy http://d.pr/2MP9 is worth a try. :) Rich.

Another tip is to look up a news story related to your site's niche. Thn write a short summary of the article. Often that sparks an idea for you to write a full story about.
That's also a great way of coming up with new content.
