I recently had to cancel for almost a month due to lack of funds to continue making payments. To most people $47 a month isn't all that much, but I'm 19 just trying to figure ou
Hey Brandon, Just Eileen took the letter right out from under my fingers support would have been my first though. Good luck.
Brandon, Did you contact support? We do have access to a support/help desk. They should be able to help you.
I pray it isn't really lost, I know how discouraging things like that can be. But I encourage you, as a person who has lost months of work on an e-book, please don't quit. Don't give up.
You have a lot to offer and so much to gain.
Please, stick with it.
Wishing you much success!
Eileen
I second what John said. I've put through a couple of support requests (for different issue though) and they're always really quick to respond. You shouldn't have to worry for long.
Seems a bit weird, but I've seen other people with the same issue. They have to cancel and go away for a week or 2 and when they come back all their work is gone.. This is a support issue though. I would contact them ASAP and see if they can do anything.

*Edit* - Also to add. I have to ask... Did your domain expire? If you let your domain expire, your site will poof. All content / All Work / Etc.
Sometimes it's good to keep a backup of your site/work - just in case you can't afford to renew your domain right away. As far as WA goes, I didn't think they deleted sites due to inactivity. Like I said, contact Support
Thanks John, my domain still has a solid 7 months left so that's definitely not the issue. I'll contact support and see how it goes, and as far as backing up goes unfortunately I still use my old school laptop, so it's extremely slow and backing up anything onto it makes it operate even slower.. I also thought they kept backups as well
