Money Mindset: Breaking through Paradigms

What in the heck is a paradigm you ask?

A paradigm is a collection of thoughts, feelings and beliefs that make up the world we experience today.

That's right, every singe thought, word, deed or action that we have committed or has been committed unto us has shaped our paradigm to it's current reality.

The way we see the world and especially the way we see ourselves is a huge collection of all the experiences we have had up until this moment that have created the belief system we currently inhabit.

This is why, as the saying goes, "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer."

You see, without a change in paradigm, our belief's around money, for example, will continue to shape our financial status, creating similar circumstances yielding similar results.

It is imperative that we overcome the feeling of lack if we want to grow in prosperity.

In order to take control of our money beliefs (that most likely come from our parents and other influential adults in our lives) we have to change our thoughts about money.

This can be done in many different ways, but in order to get to the subconscious part of the mind, you will need to involve as many senses, with as much positive momentum as you can manage until you start seeing break through's.

Check out this video from Bob Proctor where he explains paradigms in depth.

Some really great books on creating a money mindset are:

"Think and Grow Rich" "The Master Key to Riches" "The Magic Ladder to Success" By Napoleon Hill

"The Go-Giver" By Bob Burg and John David Mann

"Rich Dad, Poor Dad" By Robert T. Kkyosaki

"The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" By Stephen Covey

Great Stuff Brandi,

I would definitely check out "What to say when you talk to yourself". It is about re-programming the mind. Don't mistake this for a book on affirmation or positive thinking, it is much more than the title suggests. Anyways, I feel as if you will get a lot from it and it will compliment anything in that realm you are clearly passionate about.

Best of success,

Greg
