Week 5 - Mel's 14M WA BC
Hello Everyone,
We are now in week 5 of the 14MWABC. I am still working on prewritten post for the first quarter on 2023.
My internet service has been sporadic for 3 days now and my ISP is telling me that they hope to have all of the upgrades done sometime this week. So here is to hoping that they are complete sooner rather than later.
However, in the meantime, I continue to write articles that have already been researched. I try to doo all of my research for the week in a couple of days which leaves 5 or so just for content. It takes me forever to write content ;-( so I need all the time I can take.
Well that's it for me for now as I am afraid I will lose connection during my post and it will be lost.

Congratulations on learning to continue with limited internet. We aren't even promised updates where I live. But there are some secrets to continuing, and I too use the batching tasks together. I do write faster than I did, but took years of practice. You too will get faster.

Hello Sami,
Yes as they say, practice makes perfect. Well in this case a bit faster lol.
Thank you for your encouragement!
Have a wonderful day!
You to Cath. Finished my logo last night and bought some more cracking domains for my sites - can't decide which to use. Niche is eco-related.

Thanks, Cath. Once seen never forgotten! I was quite pleased with it. For you, I would work your brand logo around pictures of the galaxy or a planet. Something like below is quite eye-catching. Put your business or domain name in and mess around with it until you are happy.

I see people from time to time with a plan of prewriting content so that they can then publish on a daily basis starting at some point in the future. I'm not completely sure if that's you, but if it is, it's really not necessary at all.
All that content you're writing, publish it.
Publish it as you create it.
Keep writing, keep publishing.
There's no reason to hold it back. All that does is delay your content from getting out there and delays your own success. :)
Think about the training we have here at WA.
Keep a great writing schedule.
Publish as you go.
:)
Hi Eric,
I am not prescheduling just for the sake of it lol. I actually have to do that or I will have 3 - 4 months where I will not have posted. For me January-April are very hectic and consist of 18+ hours a day for my 9 to 5.
Hopefully by this time next year, ai will be able to give that up and focus solely on this.
But thanks for your suggestions.
Have a wonderful day!
For sure :)
But definitely consider publishing as you go. No need to hold those finished articles for later.
Thank you. I will consider that as an option as well.
