Video Is The Future...

One of the best decisions I have had so far on my journey online, is to create a YouTube Channel. Prior to having my channel, I looked at peoples videos and enjoyed them, but always said "Stuff that" or "I could not do that"...

I was always terrified of speaking in front of people, or a webcam for that matter.
But the more you use it, the easier it becomes.

So, my channel is still in it's early days, with only a few subscribers, but I have had so much positive feedback from strangers who watched my videos and found them interesting or maybe they have made money from them.
It is such a great feeling and now I struggle to do videos less than 10 mins!

This post really is to just maybe give those who also struggle with doing video content a little encouragement or a little bit of confidence. I now know that after seeing the reaction and increase in traffic in certain areas due to a video post, it is definitely a game changer, especially for catching peoples attention.

Ok ok ok, for some and million others, YouTube is OLD! That is a fair statement. However it is far from dead or quiet.

Sure, there are other video means now like Snapchat and Periscope, but if you are new to video content, go away from here and get setup on YouTube. Within a day I had ordered the best webcam going and lights etc to get setup ready to smash lots of videos out and now, I try to do a few a week minimum. :)

Going back to the title, 'Video Is The Future'... I believe in this and this will all come apparent, humans only get lazier as time goes on and the less we need to type the better it seems these days. Voice typing, Auto Transcribe, Voice controlled appliances... the list goes on...

Soon we will be throwing keyboards out like they are black and white TV sets. haha.

If you are reading this and want help on tips on making videos or how to rank on YouTube etc etc. Give me a message, I am still a 'Newbie', but I like to help others every time I learn something or find success. I hope this offer value to you, please do share some back if you have some feedback or questions :D

Thank you for this info, Bryan!
You know, before I joined WA, I'd been playing around with the idea of doing some music videos with natural instruments on YouTube....
Well, one never knows....but yes, I'd be one of the ones that has to overcome my shyness of speaking and presenting.....☺

You are welcome!

If you ever need to chat for tips or ideas on getting over the fears then please just message me, I would be happy to chat.
Loads of tips and tricks and after a few videos you just crack on and get it done without realising.

After all, video is the future ;)

You can do anything you want to do and the great thing is... you don't have anyone in front of you 'Boo'ing' or snoring. :)
So what do you have to lose :D

Support always here if needed.

YouTube, used correctly, is actually a great source of traffic back to your money site(s).

Can you support this by some numbers, I am truly curious, I have never followed any link from a YouTube video. All what I need is already in the video. No need to go anywhere else.

So what is the percentage of people watching a video and then going to the site? I can be wrong but I do not expect some huge traffic from it.

Only if that video is teaching you something will you of already got what you need,

If it is a review or an intro offer to something else, then done correctly, you then can be left either needing or wanting to click a link in the description. :)

@marcand , yes when you learn how to use it properly and rank it is a very great tool for free too.

Great, but are there some numbers showing the flow of traffic to the site?
