Can we store FAQ's to help new members get the answers to the questions that they all seem to ask wh
I see the same questions asked over and over again when new people join WA and some great answers from existing members, it seems to me that it would make sense to store these ques
This is an excellent idea, bprsawford, and Hudson's suggestion of a searchable FAQ database would be most helpful for everyone.

Agree that this would be a very valuable addition to the knowledge base. Would suggest we examine possibility of FAQs being at classroom level perhaps to ensure that we have a breakdown of them by area, otherwise it would be one long list which would require some search capability. On second thoughts a search capability throught the FAQ database might be a useful idea anyway.

Hi,
My thought was to have say the top 10 FAQ's that keep coming up "how do I make money......." "Why premium......" that sort of thing, then indeed the search box could be there to open in another window for the answers to other questions not in the top 10. A sort of mix of both ideas that way the list wont be overwhelming for the new person. It would enable them to think "well I'm not the only one asking these questions" and WA knows the answers!
