That's very similar to my main niche. There are a LOT of things to write about. And it is very strong in Youtube. What they have you build in the Certification training is an Authority site, which is a niche but fairly broad. That's what I'm doing, and what you have chosen. There is also the technique of a mini-niche site, sometimes called the micro-niche. Jay (Magistudios) has a 4 part video series on how he builds them. Build a Niche Site - 2017 Live Case Study: 1 of 4 You can have many mini-niche sites. They are hyper focused.
You can't live off of the income of one mini-niche site, but If you have several, you can. They aren't that time intensive to maintain.
Whereas a good Authority site can make a full-time income.
It is like the difference between a landlord renting out a few small houses vs 1 larger multi-unit building.
Just as in real estate, you can either hold a portfolio of mini-niche sites for long term passive income or flip them for a larger but more time intensive income.

Why can't you write about your journey in acquiring an RV. What you looked for, what decisions you faced, what you did about downsizing, what you did to accommodate your families needs, etc. etc.
Write about what went on getting ready to go on the road. I would imagine there would be people interested in that. Lots to share that makes sense even though you do not have an RV yet.

Basically, you need to find products that fit your niche.
Sell those products (either directly or as an affiliate partner) and make money.
