Update of the Update of Wealthy Affiliate Go-Getters Group
First off, I want to put some of your minds at rest
I have a list of people who have been put on the waiting list. If you sent me a private message requesting it you are on the list.
When probably withn 30 days
On to the group. Tomorrow we have our first get together to talk about where we are going and what we will be doing.
So far we have done an experiment about competition. Everyone had to watch the same video and write a post about it. You have read the videos and even though some of them covered the same 5 points each post was different.
That is just like having competition in your niche. As Kyle says don't worry about it and become the competition everybody else is trying to beat. That was the first lesson.
Be yourself and write with your own voice and even if two of you are describing a blank wall it will be different.
Next we did a little experiment
No one blew anything up but with bunch you never know.
The experiment was about getting traffic.
Most of the people received more traffic in 24 hours then they normally receive and many had more than they have ever received in one day.
What did they do. That will be the next round of post that will be done so watch for it.
(Hint, Hint, that was the teaser like you use in blog post to get them to come back)
More to come. Not only are they learning but you will be learning from them posting.
After tomorrows meeting when we make the final cut I will post a list of who is in the group so you can follow them.
2018 will be a great year for you if you make it so. Things are looking up

I think that the first part was particularly valuable for many, as it shows quite clearly that each person has the ability to find something of value to write about, even though others have already covered the topic.
I still can't believe that the email issue was the hardest thing for me, lol. When I said I was near tears, I wasn't just saying that for artistic expression...I was near tears!!!

Well, sometimes when we are trying to do something and thinking to ourselves "this is supposed to be the EASY part!" it can be extra frustrating. I know that I was feeling that way!
This is going to be very interesting and a good learning experience for everyone who follows the group. Not only those in the group will be learning but everyone reading the blogs will gain much I'm sure.
