My Answer: How Long Before I Make $
I quite working full-time in 2001 and went full-time on the Internet because I made more money here.
It took me two years of working part-time on here making next to nothing before I found what works and things took off. I mean two years of every hour I could get free working on the Internet trying to get something going.
The difference is that I did not have Wealthy Affiliate there to teach me the basics. What is taught here is what I had to learn the hard way. So being here makes it much easier because you can learn what works quickly.
First question is does this work. Well don’t just listen to me go read these stories.

Now this is just my opinion and from what I have learned over the years!
How long does it take depends totally on you!
How quick you do the training.
How much content you write,
How quick you implement what you learn and the list goes on.
It is not, “does this work?” It is how willing are you to work?
One of the huge factors is not trying to reinvent the wheel.
Another huge factor is, here at Wealthy Affiliate you have access to people who are doing what you are. Among this group are people who right now today making money on the Internet. Seek them out. Private message them. Ask them questions. Ask them to mentor you. You will be surprised how many of them will. Just make sure they are already doing what they you want to do.
If you have done your work, been through the training, completed what needed to be done and you have not made enough to pay your premium membership each month then you need to find someone to talk to that will help you.
Do not wait for it to happen
make it happen!
Where ever you are at do not wait for things to happen. Do not wait on ranking, traffic etc. keep moving forward and make them happen.
Onward and Upward Go For It. It awaits you on the other side.

I agree! The harder you work the more you will get out of this! It is the same with every aspect of your life really!
No one can ever expect just to be given a million dollars overnight. It is a gradual process and everyone just needs to work hard to get there!
A lot of people on the Internet expect that. Pay a little money, click a few buttons and let the money roll in while you watch TV. It takes work just like you say.
Yes there are but the basics are the foundation. You get them right and you can work with the others. Don't get the basics and the variables like conversion rate etc doesn't matter
So true Bo. Keeping going forward when you feel all alone, is just making it more difficult than it need be.
Yes and the more you go forward the less you feel alone. Also you begin to attract people to you that are like minded people with a can do attitude.
