Wealthy Affiliate Program Works for Me
I was looking at several blogs here and watching some chats in the last few days.
You will see questions like:
- Is this real?
- Is this a scam?
- How long does it take to make money?
- How much money do you make?
So many come here looking for that magic button that solves their income or financial problems. If you spend any time here, you will quickly realize this is not the get rich quick path to success. Members that have been here for a while will tell you that the program works if you follow the training and lessons. It is possible to be completely independent with website and affiliate income. There are people here doing it.. You need to find your Niche and get started!
Not everyone here is promoting the WA affiliate program and new members should know that is not the only way to make money with the lessons taught here. Its is a good way, but not the only way.
I have been a premium member here since the end of 2012. I have built a lot of sites that have nothing to do with promoting WA and made money with them. Some members here make a little bit of money from a lot of websites. Some members make a lot of money from 1 or 2 websites. There are different opinions on how best to proceed. When in doubt, I say go to Kyle or Carson or one of the other top people on the WA rank list. Get their opinion or advice.
The best advice I can offer is.....
You can generate revenue with WA
I have chosen to promote WA through my marketing services website with lessons from Boot Camp. I have seen enough success to say that my commissions more than pay the monthly or annual fees that Wealthy Affiliate charges for Premium membership.
Other ways to generate Income with WA (besides promoting WA)
- I have sold simple websites to clients that are hosted here on my membership.
- I have sold ads to companies to be featured on websites I built with course training.
- I have generated revenue from ad programs like Goo gle Ad sense
The WA program works for me, I think if you truly spend some time using the tools and support here at Wealthy Affiliate, you will see the program working for you too.

Good point to reiterate. It's not a get rich quick scheme, it's a job that allows you to be flexible, work from anywhere and do what you like. Does it get any better?
Great advice for beginners here. I know it's challenging for new members to have faith that it can work. There are so many b.s. offers out there. Most of us came to WA after being jaded by the multitudes of scams online. But hopefully those who are looking for something serious see the real value at WA.
That's a great pep talk Bo and I appreciate it. I have only been here a couple of weeks and see the value already. My primary thrust is promoting WA because it fits in with what I have been doing online for the last 14 years and I think it's the fastest way to get my expenses covered, but I have my eye peeled for another good niche to try affiliate marketing in too. I did use the training here to improve a blog I had in the traffic exchange niche and even though it doesn't make much money, it does improve my exposure.
Yeah.. I was happy to find the site.. I wanted to do something similar to this.. but no way I could be where I am today with it had I tried to do it myself.
I have some feeling deep inside that the best ways for my success are the local business opportunities. Also because of the language.:)
Local is a great way to earn. Look at Trading also.. If there is a place you spend money.. they may consider paying you in gift cards or credit....
Yes WA work!
1) I able to build full WordPress website
2) I write many blogs and article on my site. (never write anything before join WA)
3) I have some affiliate commission. (1st sales I will never forget)
4) I have some post that rank all google 1st page (Cats Need)
5) I know is not a get rich fast system, no push button magic
6) I create simple video marketing promote my site
7) I make lot of friends here in WA from around the world
Wow! I just realize l learn so much and there so many more to mention. From knowing nothing. Haha

My own view and advice don't quit your job until you success. You need to pay bill and bring food on the table.

Great post! You're right I have to do what works for me. I can't follow someone else. There is a place for me online, just as there is a place for everyone else. It's all about doing what feels right for each individual and be consistent. Eventually we hit on the success we're seeking. Thanks, Bo.
