How come? Shouldn't the poorer countries have a special price instead? It makes no sense to me to not only have them pay the full prize, but even from right away. Or did I understand that wrong?
The reasons these countries are forced to pay the full premium price up front is because they are known for a high rate of payment fraud.

You are welcome. I too have had possible referrals from some of these countries that wanted to join for free. But they cannot due to a higher rate of fraud in these countries.
