The word “Stuff” can mean many things, as you will hilariously find out by the end of this blog post. But first I need to teach you the type of “Stuff” you need to avoid in the building of your websites. Though there is all kinds of “Stuff” you should avoid, I want to focus on “Stuffing” or more to the point, Keyword Stuffing.

TOO MANY KEYWORDS ARE A NO NO

A few years ago website content needed to be "keyword dense" to get good rankings but not anymore. Website content that is keyword dense will not get you good rankings. There are still many people who advocate keyword dense pages and posts, but that advice is no longer valid. Too many keywords being stuffed into website content does not make for good SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

So when you create your web pages and posts all you need to do is place your keyword in your title and in your first paragraph or second if it sounds more natural there. After those two times you should not use that keyword again for the rest of the page or post. If it should naturally come up again later on in the flow of the content, that is fine, but I never use my keywords more than that. The reason being that it could be considered as Keyword “Stuffing” and that type of “Stuff” is bad for business.
