Success is Not a Destination, But a Journey - Making Money

Some of you may have seen me say the above many times here at Wealthy Affiliate (WA) because this is something I firmly believe. I also believe that the only reason why people fail to achieve success is because of their own actions.

If you are too lazy, complacent, or stuck on a one way mentality to achieve success, then you will more than likely fail if what you are doing does not work. Basically too many people fail because they want success to come quick and/or easy. Guess what people? That is NOT going to happen, even here at WA.

THINK ABOUT MAKING SACRIFICES

“Necessity is the mother of invention.” I am sure you may have heard of that English proverb before. What that means is, that very difficult and impossible scenarios will bring about inventions to reduce those difficult and impossible scenarios. So where am I going with this message?

I too often see members here at WA leaving because of a lack of funds to pay for their monthly membership. When you really think about it, $47 per month is NOT an expensive price to pay for an education and business opportunity that can pay you way more. I bet most of you spend more than $47 every two weeks just to fill your car up with gas.

I can pretty much guarantee that you can find a way to pay for your very small monthly membership payment if you just look at where you are spending money. I am sure you are wasting it in areas that you can do without. We ALL have areas we waste money in. The questions are, how much do you want to succeed and how much are you willing to sacrifice for that success?

If you are not willing to sacrifice any of your wasteful spending then that means you do not really want to succeed. You cannot be a successful entrepreneur without making sacrifices. However there are other ways to make enough money to pay for your WA membership but they all require you to sacrifice your free time and do some work!

THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX

If you want to make money while you are waiting for your website to turn a profit, you must think outside of the box and come up with ways to make money. I recently wrote 2 training tutorials on how you can make money from what you are learning here at WA. You can view them on my training tutorials page at the link below. In the last training tutorial I talk about taking the knowledge we gain here from the WA training in how to build our websites and offer that knowledge as services for other people. There are thousands of companies and people looking for writers that know how to do keyword research and/or SEO. Seeing how we ALL do it for ourselves, why not do it for others that will pay you?

I mentioned in that training tutorial that I just started writing SEO content for a company in Brooklyn, NY that has an online eBay store (Big Deal Bargains). Every day I check my email for listings they want me to re-write using keywords and SEO. I re-write a 230 to 300 word description, using the WA keyword tool to do the keyword research. I email it back to them and when they approve it I post it up on eBay.

You too can find writing jobs! I provide a link to the exact Freelance Writing Job board that I was able to find this eBay writing job on. Every Monday through Friday they post up a current listing of all types of writing jobs available. The picture below is some of the job listings from this past Thursday. I am going to apply for number 3 because the job description looks interesting and I know a lot about natural living.

DO YOU WANT TO SUCCEED?

There is no doubt in my mind that people need WA in order to achieve success. This success can come in several different ways. The success from the knowledge you receive through the training can be applied to your website and the website work for others.

If you truly want to succeed then you need to stay at WA and if you want to stay but are finding it hard to save $1.57 every day, then you need to see where you are spending money where you do not have to. Or you can sell some things online or better yet, take the knowledge of keyword research, SEO and content writing that WA has taught you and provide it for others.

Saving or making $1.57 per day should not be a hard thing for anyone to achieve if you truly want to succeed. Many successful entrepreneurs had to give up family time, going out to eat, hanging out at the pub, buying their morning cup of Starbucks, and many other things just so they could succeed. So I ask the question again, do you want to succeed?
