I Saw This Coming But I Did Not Take Action
It is no secret that I am someone with a lot of niche ideas. All you have to do is look at many of my WA blogs, as I am constantly sharing them. Many of you when starting here will sometimes struggle in finding a niche for you to promote. I never had that problem. My problem is not having the time to take action.
WHEN A COLOR BECOMES A HUGE NICHE MARKET
About 7 years ago I posted a blog here at WA called, High Visibility Clothing - Can A Color Be A Niche? It was at that time a fairly new niche market. Though there were many applications for High Vis clothing, much of it was centered around outdoor working environments and not for sporting goods and personal clothing.
Now in the end of 2025, High Visibility Clothing Materials are EVERYWHERE! There isn't much that doesn't employ this eye-catching color. There was a time not long ago when this bright light lime green color was a focused narrow niche. Now this color is a broad niche market that is growing and you must narrow it down.
If you are looking for a niche to promote, this would be one to look into. Think of personal items that will be used outside in public and I guarantee you can apply High Visibility Materials to them. One such item that is still relatively new is the niche of High Visibility Baby Strollers and Baby Bike Trailer Strollers.

As you can see from my Jaaxy search of High Visibility Baby Strollers, that keyword has a Monthly Searches of 10,000 but still an SEO score of 60 Medium. This wouldn't bother me so much because this particular niche is just starting to catch on. If you did a Google search, you would find very little strollers like this.

After doing my search for both High Visibility Baby Strollers (SEE ABOVE) and High Visibility Baby Bike Trailer Strollers (SEE BELOW), I found only two companies selling these types of High Vis products. Aosom of Canada and Temu of Boston, MA. Both of these online e-commerce retailers have an affiliate program.

These two niche products, especially the Baby Bike Trailer Stroller, look like the next big thing when it comes to High Visibility applied materials. Perhaps the reason the Bike Trailer above is a bit more popular, has to do with that it has a push handle on the back and is good for parents who jog. The keyword results below show this.

As you can see, the High Visibility Baby Bike Trailer has better results than the stroller. The keyword research results show that it has a Monthly Searches at 12,000 and the SEO results are also in the Good range. Either the stroller or the bike trailer or both would be a great narrow niche to promote in the High Visibility market.
Aosom has an affiliate program with an 8% Commission and they sell the High Visibility Baby Bike Trailer
Temu has an affiliate program with a 10% to 30% Commission and they sell the High Visibility Baby Stroller
If I wasn't starting a new Affiliate Bootcamp website now, this is a niche I would consider. It's a product that many parents would want for their babies and toddlers because they are made from High Visibility Materials to help keep their children safe. What do you think of this narrow niche? Leave your comments below.

Nice idea, seems good niche. For me, I have problem, I need to like and enjoy what I write about, the topic, the niche and even then I struggle. This one I am not sure if I would like even if it seems good one. I had few ideas myself (but should be more narrow), but I want my first website to succeed and then I may use them. Really great to hear you have a lot of ideas. ๐
Thanks Linda and I agree that you should always try to enjoy the niche you choose, this way you will have much to write about.
Many times when I see newbies struggling to find a niche, I first look at what they put in their WA profile. When I see them listing their hobbies and likes I ask, Why not something from what you posted in your profile?
A lot of times the niche we would enjoy talking about and thus writing content for, is right in front of our faces. It is definitely important to have a 'passion' and enjoy what we write about. This is why my next site will be about WA. After 12+ years here, I can talk a lot about it. ๐
What a niche indeed!
#Safety first
Seems high visibility is everywhere now...
Fosfor green and twinkling orange with yellow stripes
Hard not to see, unless they are everywhere ๐
โจFleeky
Thanks Fleeky. High Vis has become so popular that I've seen people with High Visibility running shoes with reflective stripes for extra safety while walking/jogging after sundown.
As a parent, we always look for "High Visibility _______" things for our kids - and even as adults we're want to be seen when we're doing activities. Skiing, cycling, running, etc. Whether it's jackets, safety vests, strollers, or helmets - whatever, we want to be visible when they are on the road.
"High Visibility _______" could also be a "BUY" type keyword because people are looking for something that is physical. Generally when people look for a specific product like this, they are in a buyers mindset, so that could also bump up the scores across the board.
Thanks Carson. I just went to Jaaxy and used the word 'buy' in a few different searches, including long tail, and the results were even better. The intent of the buyers of a specific product should definitely not be overlooked.
You may not have taken action on this one, but I know you will have done on many others... and this just proves that your 'nose' for a good niche is still working well. Gail
Thanks Gail. My 'nose' for niche ideas has always been sniffing out ideas ever since Kyle explained what a niche was. My mind is always in research mode, learning new things.
My problem is finding the time to do some of them for two reasons. My normal healthcare job and my need to discipline myself to develop only one niche website at a time.

Hey Robert
I was an opposite. One of the most confusing and difficult thing to understand and choose was Niche. It took me quite a while. Kyle tried and helped me out but I didn't diggested it well. I ended up buying a funny domain name. My journey to Affiliate Marketing as a complete beginners was fun and interesting.
I wish I knew you 7 years back.
Paul.
That's understandable Paul. Many people had and have difficulties deciding on what a niche is and which one to choose that is right for them. Being that I don't have that problem, I freely share what I uncover, unless I'm going to do that niche for myself. lol
I realize people will struggle with picking a niche. It is my feeling that if I have niche ideas and I do not have the time to do them myself, I might as well share them with the community rather than have that idea go to waste. "It is better to give than to receive."
That's very true.
I am glad that I learn affiliate marketing the hard way.
