Facebook and Instagram Offline - Even the Mighty Fall
Have you noticed today, Wednesday March 13, 2019, that you cannot login to your Facebook or Instagram account? This has been happening to a lot of members, not all, since 9:00 AM PT. Even if you are lucky enough to be able to login you will be hit with an error message similar to what was recently tweeted below.
This is not the first time Facebook has gone down. Back in November Facebook ran a test and it brought down the social media giant for 40 minutes. It has now been 3 hours and I still cannot login. I wonder what could the problem be? Hacked? Running another test? Sharing too many WA blog posts? lol

I have not checked Instagram, however, I have not been able to comment on Facebook posts today. They are all being rejected!

Just read an update from Facebook on Twitter that they are experiencing "Increased Error Rates" effecting Facebook and all of its apps mostly in the U.S, the UK, Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. Other areas may experience sporadic features not working.
Facebook and Instagram are down for many members mostly in the U.S. and Europe but some are able to login and not have all of their features working.
Lucky you! Still down for me in the NY/NJ area. No big loss. I like Twitter better and they are up and running just fine. :)

Facebook, though the largest, is my least favorite and the last one of the five social media networks I started using for business.
Just read Facebook and Instagram are going through some serious problems. They are down in the US and Europe.
Maybe it is a test cyber attack from China, North Korea or Russia to see how the West reacts and repairs. Oh well. I have been meaning to spend more time on Twitter. Now I have no excuse. LOL
Wow, I thought it was the WiFi. They should give away Free $100 Ad spend for all the trouble.
I can't open my messenger on Facebook. Very annoying since I have seven messages to read and respond to.
It seems that most people are seeing different problems, if they are having problems at all.

Wow must admit this is a surprise, thought sites like my little one are the ones that can go offline from time to time.
Had not been to FB today so didn't notice.
No one is immune from going offline. The problem is not everywhere but is seriously effecting areas of the West Coast and East Coast of the U.S. the UK and parts of South America.
