Determination Trumps Self-Doubt

A number of days ago I said I was going to alternate between doing regular posts on SEO facts and mental facts. In regards to mental facts, I want to learn the secrets of the mind with the hope that this will facilitate achieving goals.

I still haven't figured out much yet about the mind, don't understand yet how belief creates circumstances including how mere belief can cure even major physical illnesses such as when there's a placebo.

However, regardless of faith or belief or lack of, I think the ONE THING that matters just as much as having belief in oneself and can, in fact, be the thing that overcomes self-doubt is DETERMINATION.

I mean, even if one currently has a lack of belief and is even feeling sort of down, if one is DETERMINED to achieve one's aim no matter what, with no ifs, ands, or buts, one is going to continue to push through and find a way and, as a corollary, self-doubt will sooner or later inevitably disappear.

So the important thing is to keep moving towards the destination, and be determined to reach the target whether you believe you'll reach it or not, and once you do start to believe, then things will move quicker.

In a nutshell, it doesn't matter if you believe or have doubt at the present time as long as you're DETERMINED.

What's the definition of determination? It's simply having made a definite unwavering decision.

Self-doubt, fortunately, does NOT preclude the ability to make a definite unwavering decision to meet an aim. On the other hand, not being determined can itself create doubt whether one can meet an objective.

Thus, once a definite decision is made, burn all bridges and watch doubt dissipate.

That's how determination trumps self-doubt.

(By the way, I came to this conclusion simply out of logic, not from reading or having a lot of knowledge of the mind.)
