Back But Not In a Flash
Hello, I'm back. It's been over 2 years since I left Wealthy Affiliate but now rejoined.
I left WA for a quite a while because I had a failed website, and though I thought of creating another website, it was overwhelming to me, too many things I didn't know, as I was totally new to affiliate marketing and creating content, etc. for website when I first joined WA. I didn't want to continue to pay the annual fee for WA until I felt I could grasp things more, so while away from WA, I did a lot of researching on my own watching YouTube videos, etc.
I take a long time to do things and figure things out. This is probably at least in part due to my being what's called a "cumulative thinker" (according to a handwriting analysis I got years ago). According to this article https://handwritinguniversity.com/members/courses/level201/c...
cumulative thinkers take longer to learn things but remember what they learn.
Another thing my handwriting analysis said about me is that I have a tendency to feel that what I do isn't good enough. I interpret that as being a perfectionist. I think perfectionism can be both positive and negative. However, perfectionism combined with cumulative thinking makes me sort of a slow poke in getting things done.
However, with the aforementioned self-knowledge, and now that I understand more about how to make money online, whether it be through a blogging website or just a landing page or some other method, my intention from now on is to get things done as fast as possible, NOT necessarily as well as possible, but simply as speedy as possible.
According to research studies, quantity beats quality. In fact, quality is a result of producing quantity. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/quantity-beats-quality-chris-...
The third thing I remember from my handwriting analysis is that I supposedly have perseverance. That's why I never give up. Distracted sometimes or even oftentimes? Yes. Scatterbrained? Maybe. But give up? Never. (Unless the thing I pursue is no longer important to me or if I were to have a change of purpose.)
But I find online opportunities is perhaps the best way to make an income in this day and age while expressing one's creativity.
As for why Wealthy Affiliate? For me, mainly it's because I can ask just about any question and get answers from WA Community, and also because of the weekly live webinars.
