There should be a "publish" button in blue somewhere near the top left corner. pressing that will save any changes you make!

Hello from Nottingham! You have your answer below, but just to add, your site is "live" and public from the minute you build it. However, it needs to be found by Google before it is added to its search engines, so nobody is going to see it for quite a while.
Nice to meet a fellow music fan, my boyfriend is lead guitarist and songwriter for a heavy metal band.
Thank you for clarifying that. I’m still gigging after 50+ years. Your boyfriend plays the only kind of music I haven’t played. I like it a lot but never got into playing it.
