What is the best key word. Do I choose based on traffic, SEO or what makes it a good key word.

The best keyword is on topic using correct grammar. Finding what appears to be a good keyword starts with looking for something that has a minimum of 50 searches and not over 100 QSR (when you are new) When you find what appears to be a good on topic keyword, take that keyword to Google or use the search analysis function of Jaaxy. There you will see what your true competition is. Can you write an article that can beat any of the listings on that page? If so... Go for it.

Thanks,

Good advice. Tomorrow's work pleasure

Hi Bob,

I'm not sure where you are at in the training but Kyle does describe how to pick which keywords are best to use when using the Jaxxy keyword research tool in the OEC training - Level 2 Lesson 3.

Hope this helps,

Calvin

That is where I am and have found what I consider good keywords. I need to zero in on the top one(s) and looking on advice on how to do that. I realize that key word choice is a first step and a lot depends on articles, and placement of the page on search engines.
