Learn From The Losers? What?

"LEARN FROM THE LOSERS - And I mean it sincerely!"

They are the ones who have made the most mistakes - quite logical, right?

So If you learn from the mistakes of others you will accelerate your success much more than learning from JUST your own mistakes.

Allow me to elaborate! I'm sure you will get the picture if you hang in there and listen to a few angles.

We can all follow and try to emulate successful people, be they Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Warren Buffet or Carlos Slim. That is an excellent strategy to employ when aiming to be successful. Emulating the successful ones, I agree completely - is an awesome way to learn how to be successful, we get that.....don't we?

But.....

..could we also learn from those who are UNsuccessful too?.....

It's kind of like OUTSOURCING your own future mistakes to be had by someone else first - so you get to learn from theirs before you make the same mistake.

What I mean is......

...learning from our OWN mistakes is great stuff - it saves time and energy in the future, am I right?.....Yes?

But......

...learning from others' mistakes is even better than making mistakes yourself and learning from them...

And.....

...when you combine these different strategies you become even more honed and moulded into the right mindset...

Learning from clowns could actually be beneficial to your success, wouldn't you agree?

Just think of the time it saves if you learn from the successful ones and you try to emulate them - that is a sound attitude, I salute you for it!.....But.....

Never, ever, ever in a month of sundays should you miss the opportunity to learn from -

  • your OWN mistakes, they are an awesome arsenal of knowledge going forward!
  • OTHER peoples' mistakes, so you don't have to suffer.
  • Successful people - emulate them if you can - have the same attitude and tenacity!
  • Your OWN successes - of course don't forget the way you did it first time!

Do yourself a favour and also think of the EXTRA time you save by learning from all of these things by combining them all into one package - and that is you my friends - each and every one of you.

Moral? Learn from successful people all the time, but don't miss out on the lessons from idiots, clowns, losers and the plain unlucky people - including yourself if you have been unlucky and made so many mistakes that turn out to be lessons in the end.

I keep my ears and eyes and brain open every waking moment - waiting to learn from everyone whether they be ultra-rich or living in a cardboard box. There are lessons to be learned from everyone regardless of their "status" in life right now. Do what Buddha implores you to do..."take the middle path" on your journey to success.

Mistakes are a fact of life. Without experiencing mistakes we wouldn't recognize our true value of success.
