Hi look on the login page to see if you'll find change password' click on it and a message will be sent to your email with a link to change your password since you cant remember it. Always write your passwords down as a backup. you can also use a tool like lastpass or its alternatives to store your passwords. whenever stuck, the app comes up to help you get access.I hope this helps

Due to a family crisis, I found myself completely sidelined for about nine months and have practically had to start over (with some seriously dormant websites). I am getting back on track and this was a huge help AND encouragement.

Can I switch my WA account from the annual billing to monthly billing? If so, where?
No you can’t, once you go from monthly to yearly you can’t go back to monthly. But with that said you can PM Kyle and speak to him about it.

Carson wrote a complete article on transferring a website to WA. Here's the URL: Transferring Your Domains to WA - It's Now Possible! Be prepared to be patient as this CAN be taxing.
I just finished transferring my BEST site here and it took a LOT of twists and turns that both support and I were not ready for ... but thankfully, WE MADE IT. :-))

Here is the blog that I recently wrote here at WA Bob as I have over 500 referrals and some that haven't ever showed up after signing up, some that went Premium right away and some who went Premium even a year after signing up and not being active at all! Unexpected Premium Referrals! Let me know if the above blog helps Bob,
