Is it ok to write 500 word articles with 1 affiliate link? opposed to writing 1,000 words articles.

Thanks.

Not a problem. You could even write a 500 or 1,000 word article with NO affiliate links and instead link to another page on your website that has the desired affiliate link(s) and that would be great too. Google loves websites that have content linked together. Internal linking helps with SEO.

Thanks!

Absolutely fine - there is no need to over-embellish a blog is your content has all the information the reader needs to make a good decision based upon what you have written and invites the reader to take action. Basically you are there to help them decide and there is nothing wrong with being brief when appropriate.

Thanks!

Is it ok to have more then one affilate link on one of my post? Can I have 2 different affiliate links on the same post?

Hey Boat90,

Based on the training and listening to Jay, when you're just starting out 1-2 that is key to your niche yes.

So if for example your website is about pets and you have an affiliate link for a programme on pet food as one and another affiliate link for pet gps collars sounds fine to me.

What could stand out as odd is pet food and say guns or fishing reels.

You'll definitely receive many responses. you can decide what will be in the best interest of your short and long term domain authority goals.

Hi - yes, but you should only have 1 affiliate link for every 500 words of content, so as your post doesn't look spammy.

Thanks!

Good morning. Every keyword that I choose with jaaaxy that has a low QSR doesn't seem to be right. I noticed it only works with quotation marks.

Are quotation marks the

You have to take all of the numbers (the AVG, Traffic, QSR, and SEO rating) into consideration when searching for new keywords.
The AVG will show you how many times a month someone searches that particular keyword.

Yes but that information is based off of google searches with quotation marks around the keyword. Right?

I would not use the quotation marks. It is an extremely rare occasion for someone to type quotation marks into a search engine.
There are many times where I too, had a particular keyword in mind that would be great for my post, but the keyword had low chance of me ranking high with it in search engines, because it was widely used. It sucks when that happens, but I had to continue to look for other keywords that were similar, or come up with another game plan.

You shouldn't be entering quotation marks in to Jaaxy, only the keyword itself. As you say, people don't search with quotation marks, so you should not really be optimising your content this way either.

Thanks for replying.

I'm talking about the google search. The keyword that i use that jaxy gave a low QSR only gets those results in google when quotation marks are used.

Ahh I get you, bear in mind that Google is trying to provide relevant results to its visitors, so it will find a best match, when it can't find an exact match. By optimising your content for exact match, you are more likely to appear at the top of the best match results.

Hope that makes sense :-) Have a look at this article from Carson, one of the Founders here at WA

This helps. Thanks! :)
