No Matter How Many Times It Happens, I Will Always Be Amazed!
Well WA folks! There's not a lot to talk about about tonight. Wednesday is drawing to an end here at the Jersey Shore and nothing earth-shattering has happened today.
I have been entrenched in editing some posts on my dog website, commenting on some blogs and welcoming some new folks. Then I happened to be looking at the site content section of the platform and wondered why some of my posts were not getting indexed. I noticed that there are some from from as far back as three months ago, that still have not been indexed.
After trying to work out the problem on my own, than posing a question to the community, I finally went and submitted a trouble ticket to site support.
It turned out that they had to update the sitemap on both of my websites.
And than it happened again! Yes, I'm referring to being Indexed again. The post was one I created and submitted to Google on Sunday evening.
I'm glad I finally asked site support for their help. Maybe now some of those older posts will start getting Indexed.
Shout out to the wonderful WA site support team👍👍💯🎉 They are the best!
9 pm here now and it's time for Chance and me to relax a bit before bedtime.
Have a Great WA tomorrow!

Thank you for sharing this information. I was a bit confused as to what you asked site support to do. Can you submit an article for a check up? Or do you ask them to look at whole site? I’m new and just starting to get the whole picture with indexing errors. Thank you Jen Thanks Jen
I was trying to request indexing and it was my articles we "no index" and I couldn't figure out why. All the answers the community tried to help with didn't clear the issue, so I called upon site support. They updated my sitemap.xml for both sites. Now I have to wait to see if Google crawls my pages.
Jennifer,
I will check later on today when I can use my laptop. It's charging at the moment and it's not quite so easy performing Google Search Console functions on my mobile device.
