How Long Does It Take For Your Website To Settle?

Last Update: August 14, 2018

I just started a new website. I created a new post and the website was indexed in google within hours. I know my website is new so rankings with bounce around. Im just wondering how long it takes for a website to "settle"? 3 months? 6 months? a year? Im concentratiing on quality content not how many posts I produce per week. Thanks.

Quality is good, but consistency should also be part of your game plan when starting out. 2 - 3 is a realistic goal with low competitive keywords. Hope that helps. A good guide is Jay's. ( aka magistudios) 7 steps.

I know its stressed here at WA that you should write as much as you can but Id rather have one quality post or page with Epic content than 5-10 average posts.

Just keep writing quality content as you are doing Bruce and Google will recognize what you are creating and ranking will occur down the track- there really is no time frame as everyone is different. Keep writing and it will happen and all the best

I have heard it takes approximately one year.
