No excuses on Edy as I am 53 years of age and if we promise I deliver but if others cannot that is their downfall and shows me the type of person I am dealing with
I have made lots Of monies in my life and lost. Such as life but I always maintain my promises to clients friends and colleagues

Wealthy Affiliate (hence is the name) is primarily geared towards teaching affiliate marketing as opposed to ecommerce. May I ask why you've decided to go down the ecom route as opposed to affiliate marketing? It doesn't really make sense to divert from the training if you're new, so you may want to reconsider... That way you'll be able to get a lot more help from the community here.

I am going down affiliate marketing but I state it is e marketing commerce as that is my perception
We can dress it up as you wish with words but it is e commerce with marketing advertising ??

Hi Neil - nothing is being dressed up with words, affiliate marketing and e-commerce are 2 entirely different things.
E-commerce involves the sourcing & sales of products, covering all aspects including returns & refunds.
Affiliate marketing is the sole act of marketing products or services for third party companies.

Because affiliate marketing whether 3rd party or 4th party is to generate income via sales by the way of your own website with products
I have been in sales since 18 yrs of age
If affiliate is not selling I have signed up incorrectly
As you state affiliate is marketing another person product to generate SALES!
Same game but a change of words to be precise
I know now what that am into but not the same thoughts as you
Sales Sales makes you income whatever you call e commerce

Hi Neil, yes you're right - affiliate marketing is about marketing, not selling. It is the person/company you market that does the selling... So if you are specifically looking to sell something, then yes affiliate marketing potentially may not be the correct route.

You are selling a service quite simple
You can call it any title or any definition of a subject what you wish
Creating stores is selling online
Clearing affiliate marketing selling other people’s products is selling
Either is selling products
Both do not hold inventory quite simple
Sorry my original discussion was assistance and help to my question of website feed back
As previous I understand sales as I have been part of the industry in variety of disguise whatever you wish to dress it up

If you are creating a store - then yes, you would need inventory if you plan on selling things.
The benefit of affiliate marketing, because you are only marketing things is that you don't need to hold inventory - as it is the seller that handles the products side of things.

Many routes our their as I have researched and will nit give the people the names
Research ahoppee and clickbank
I can hold a retail store online as a conduit to a wholesalers without holding stock and using other people’s monies
As a novice in this industry I have my facts
I am nit simple Simon
As my original request was assurance the my website as my my mentor does not respond
Any help from the experience people as bow down to sectors I have no experience with

Hi Neil - if you wish to sell products directly from your website, it's doable with WA's training.
Many people use a plugin called WooCommerce for exactly this purpose.

i watched a webinar some weeks ago and since lots of emails, looks good but very expensive and appears upsells all the time. Anyone had a serious experience with them compared
No, haven't heard about him but, if you don't want to be bothered with his emails no longer you can unsubscribe from his emails.
Just scroll all the way down to the bottom of the email and click unsubscribe. Then follow any instructions given after that. Most of the time, they will ask if you want to unsubscribe from one list or all list.
If you want to be removed from all of his emails. Unscribe from all list. If you just want to be removed from one list unsubscribe from the list you want to be removed from.

I write product reviews like this every day and I haven't come across him yet. Just curious.
"Lots of emails", "looks very expensive", "appears upsells all the time"... Given what you've said about, I think I will personally avoid it.
A YouTube dropshipping guy, very successful I think. Emails are constantly trying to sell his courses.
I don't know how good he is, but his courses are expensive as you say.
Personally, I think dropshipping is a difficult game to get into and there are so many 'Guru's' out there.
There is a guy called Franklin Hatchett that apparently offers very good free content and has a very reasonably priced course - the Google reviews are very positive.
Funny, you mentioned that I am writing a review right now on Franklin's course, yes he offers a great course at a good price compared to many others.

I am in the mmo niche which is very competive but I worked hard and made 398.50 within 49 days. I published articles almost evey single day, got comments, and shared on social media.
I was working about 16 hours a day. Then family issues came up and I stopped for about 9 months. Came back and made money in 30 days but, I am still not receiving a part time income.
So, if you work hard, follow the training you will see results. The length of time all depends on your niche and how much work you put into your blog.
Plus, after every post I publish I submit them to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster tools. This helps your post get indexed faster, which can result in faster rankings.

The below information is taught starting is level 3. So, you can either wait until you get there or you can set it up and then go back. I set mine up first and then went back to my original training.
