When I hit reply to Website Help I am redirected to My Profile.
Thank you Chermc, I'll try that. I had a discussion already in progress and I figured the reply button would re-connect me to that discussion. Seems not.
Your profile will come up on the right; but in the center of the screen, you will see the question and a "Join the Discussion" box where you can add your reply. Take care!

Ranking is the way Google positions you according to the articles on your website. The higher the ranking means your website name will show up higher on the page when a search is started
the more you help too answer the questions in the classrooms or live chats and create more trainings the higher you rank.
But dont get stressed out.Help Yourself First in your own online biz.
Any questions just key in the top search bar.
Take note of the top 200 or 100 or 50 or ambassors in WA.They are the strong resources you can leverage on.
Worst to worst just post the question in the relevant classroom topics and the replies will flood in.

Ok I put it this way.Anyone in WA will interact with you without looking at your rank.Getting good interaction is you may want to follow those you like in WA by clicking 'follow me''.
The reason being is maybe you just joined and got to take an initiative to say Hi And intoduce yourself out there.
Post some positive encouraging comments and drop some of your questions in WA.If you run into questions which you can help then help to answer.Thats how you improve your ranking.
But Ranking in WA is just a number which can fluctuate depending on whether one is active or dormant.Just stay in the loop and make your presence known and leave the rest to rest.
Stay cool and be yourself.Take a navigation tour can help you to get a better understanding.Its under your profile when you clicked top right'My Profile"'

WA Rankings measures how active you are within the community. Nothing more. It's not an important statistic really. Don't pay much attention to it.
