Thank You WA & Members
Hi everyone, this is my very first blog on WA, never quite felt confident enough to do one. Tonight I got online, finally after my 2 little girls had gone to bed thinking right I just want to get into it, on my site I mean.
Well, I went into my dashboard of my site and thought I would take advantage of the wp update knowing that I had done a back up the day before, ( my very first one in not quite a year). I clicked update and everything vanished. I am not sure what happened but I can tell you that I felt myself straight away feeling like I was incapable of this, and how stupid could I be?
What amazed me was how quick I was to judge myself because I thought I had lost everything. I emailed Trialynn, who has been a wonderful support and created a Discussion, went into Live Chat and also grabbed a support ticket. In that time I just cannot explain how overwhelmed I felt with the support here from members at WA and WA Support Team.
The problem has now all been sorted out, but I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all, I can't believe how lucky I was to find WA. :))
