Hi there, I am thinking that I would like to set up some kind of area on my homepage that is like a feed I guess of nail stuff going on in the world, does anyone know how I can do this please?

I am not sure I understand exactly what you want to do but you can add widgets on your homepage to display your posts and pages.
I have a homepage with a feed of my posts and reviews.
Maybe you can check it out and tell me if it is something like that that you mean ;)

You can search for an RSS widget or plugin. Then, when you want to find feeds that are related to the nail industry, you could do a Google search for "nail salon industry" +rss
Or "nail salon industry" newsfeeds
Something like that.
