Honestly I feel like I am just wasting my time!

I have been so looking forward to sitting at my pc today and moving forward, but it seems everything is against this for some reason.

I have spent half the day trying to verify my site with Bing Webmasters Tools and still cannot get it to work, and I have no data on my google webmasters tools for a site that I have had verified for 302 days.

Although I am very thankful to you Shawn for taking the time and trying to help, but I am honestly so frustrated.....anything that is not about writing content I feel like I am no good at...

The first thing to remember is that thousands of people have done this before you... Therefore it must be something simple that is causing your issue and know that you will overcome it in time. Remember this is just temporary... As is everything in life. You can do it.

I hear you - some days I find myself super productive and achieving great things - and then days just like yours... I wasted 2 days with google + and now I think I have several profiles but not sure if all linked and some how got 2 x personal ones... arrrrgh so I left that alone for a few days.

I have an affiliate partner program and live site whitepage - but not integrated properly into my website again arrrgh... and now I'm searching and found a free bed booking widget so going to attempt to get that embedded into my hostel website.... wish me luck... as I wish you luck - patience - a clear head - and a 'kit kat bar' cheers Tracey

Hang in there. For a lot of people writing content is the hardest part. If you have that down, that's probably also the most important part.

iFeel your frustration. Its called learning. Oh, the joy when you get "it" will be worth the tears!

Whenever I run into too many frustrations back to back....I 'table' it and get busy with something else.....either a different area, research my problem on google.....or just walk away for a bit and clear the air and my head.....

Sometimes there are just going to be days like this. You would not believe some of the stupidest, most mundane things I've spent HOURS trying to fix to no avail.

I certainly understand your frustration when all the sudden some little thing is causing major hang-ups. It goes against your grain and your expectations. Remember one thing and this helps -

Computers, by their very nature, are extremely unforgiving. They do what they're programmed to do and sometimes are much smarter than we are! So we go in circles...and it seems the computer is just sitting there laughing at us stupid humans!

All I can say is, you ARE going to get days like this, and they will happen at the most inopportune time.

It's all part of the game. Expect it and know that, yes, you do feel like pulling all your hair out (don't do that!) or banging your head against the keyboard (ouch!) but you're doing the best you can and that's all you can expect.

Entrepreneurs go through this same thing and is a part of their lives, but at much grander scales than you could ever imagine.

Hang in there! You are loved and your verification issue will pass after awhile.

No matter how many times you try to direct a cat away from something, she will always turn herself right back to it.

How many times have I tried to get rid of hornets in an encasement where I need to plug in an electrical cord outside, and a few days later, when I go to use it again, there's another hive started in the exact place?

To do something over and over again and expect results doesn't always mean you're insane - you're in the realms of entrepreneurship!

Thank you, you are right, I guess I just needed to hear that!!! I am turning the computer and going for a walk to get some fresh air, time for a break, thank you for your words of wisdon :)

Doggone do I feel your pain. I can't even count all the problems I've had with Google and it's different apps... constant battle!

I only get so many times a week that I can work on my site and I am just feeling like today is another wasted day, thats all, and still not sorted, :(

On that note, even though I run the best possible Avast antivirus, a few days ago i got hit bad. I was freaking out, it was even interfering with Avast.
I spent hours searching online for answers, at best I found people wanting to sell products that guaranteed the removal of this particular virus.

Finally, after hours upon hours trying to remove it, I finally succeeded. For a few days I was shi,,,,g bricks.

Ya, it felt like I wasted a few precious days away, however in retrospect I learned a lot, just as you will have once you get this bump handled ;))
I'm quite proud that I succeeded, and without buying any so called "removal tools" ;))

I'll be checking back in to get an update on how you're doing , please keep us posted on this issue.

Hi Joseph, this is a pretty nice message, I know that we all get frustrated and that this feeling passes, what is it they say, "this too shall pass", well at this stage I still have not got it sorted but I took the afternoon off and evening, I went for a walk, had take out with my family, just finished watching a family movie and had some great laughs and have chilled out a bit.....I am sure it will get sorted, I will contact those you have mentioned maybe tomorrow, I do appreciate your message and I am very pleased you got your problem sorted out too!!!
