Great post :) There is always the other half of this to keep in mind. We can promote and post about siterubix (or WA) till we are blue in the fingertips but nothing is going to happen if the person reading it is having a "meh" day or can't be bothered for some other reason. So while yes, it's important to get it out there, we need to cross fingers that the person on the other end sits up and says AH! That's just what I needed!
Yes indeed, but once people start hearing more and more about it, they will get naturally interested. It's like some hit songs you hear, the first time they probably didn't catch your attention, but it kept sounding and sounding, until you started to like it, even sing it! We have to make them sing our tune, so they want to join the band!
True..but even though the music is played over and over, sometimes it's not a good match. I know if I had been presented with Siterubix my first time around here, it would have been overwhelming. However, everyone is different so rollout the carpet of the rubix red carpet :)
But since everyone is different, it also applies to all of us, so we will have thousands of different ways to approach people, and capture as much public attention as possible. And you know that once something gets trendy, people just want to know about it, just because it's trendy! Human behavior, if they get at least curious, they will want to know! Well, at least my way of thinking.

Search for anything, and I mean anything related to your niche. You never know where the good keyword is gonna be. Sometimes it's in the weirdest place you would think.

My authoring with Google seems to be alright, I mean, my picture is there and everything, but there are some small red texts saying Error:missing required field"updated". But it
I think it's common to see this error when you first setup authorship. I could be wrong but I remember seeing this error towards the bottom of the testing tool page. Mine did it at first and now it seems to be fine. Asking Welshy is your best bet though.
