Free trial versus Premium

I so well remembered the day I joined WA. It was Saturday afternoon on the 5th of Oct, not 2 months ago. I was totally jaded by the hundreds of emails that were promoting everything from cash machines to binary options. Needless to say, I had paid for some of these empty promise scams.

I had no more money to spend, and honestly, I had just had ENOUGH!! Then another email arrived & I opened it, another 'something' university or other, so I decided to review it. The search took me to Steve's 'I've Tried That' website. I read it & like I mentioned, I had no more money left to spend on another BS scheme. He explained the pitfalls very well and then 'OH SURPRISE!', join WA for free, just that, no, it's free for only 7 days and then thereafter, it will cost you $47 a month. Just that it's free to join.

Now if he had mentioned any more, I would have said, no way, this is just the same as the next load of BS. They draw you in with the free bit And then come all the up sells, we know them all, don't we? But after the 7 days and no pressure, I couldn't wait to upgrade and I found the money to pay for it.

Now what I'm actually driving at here is the following, I'm no expert here, just giving you my personal view. I have reviewed a couple of websites promoting WA and in each one, the whole tuti is laid out. Start for free, then upgrade at so much per month, without giving the person they're trying to sell to an opportunity to test the product first. If WA had been presented to me like that , I would've run a mile, but then that's just me.

What are your thoughts out there?

I like full disclosure -- so if all the facts were not put out I'd just go get them. But a free trial does help you feel like stepping in the door! Myself I liked the idea that you could get the first month for $19 if you decided to join before the free week was out, and then I like the fact that you can get a year at a discount as well if you can afford to take that option -- those are big incentives. I'm not sure how the Black Friday special works -- but if you can buy it for yourself that would be another incentive. Looks to me like the movers and shakers stick around for years here!

Hi Mike, full disclosure can be really great, but then I feel it has to be FULL, with no bits left out. On one of the sites you are presented with a column, one side giving the free benefits & the opposite , the Premium benefits. To me that's just not enough.

Trust me, I'm one of those that is here to stay.

Thanks for your comments, I love to read how people experience things so differently.

Lydia.

I agree with you. I think we all are tired of being promised so many amazing opportunities that are really out of our reach. The only way to get there is through hard work and learning the process. Great article. Take Care.

For sure, hard work & perserverance is the only way to make it! Good luck.

Dead on!... i felt the same , i almost got locked into the one that cost 5G's and delivers very little ... thanks WA for saving me!

Hi Steve, I actually paid out $1 500, can you believe it & eventually pulled out because it was just too complicated to follow on your own. Live chat was available but never worked properly & of course, no community like WA. So happy to be here!

Yeah right, Belssings. I would have run in other direction had I known it could cost $47 per month. But, after seeing what this is all about, I thought it's worth it to spend some money on learning how to do this right! Oh, and BTW, it can be free if you want to stay with siterubix.com. I thought going premium sure opened up the door to so much more.

I agree Gordi, Premium just offers so much more. I could never have got this far if I stayed on the free option, as I knew nothing when I started. I I have asked so many questions & asked for advice incredibly much. It's the only way that I'm learning!

As you know, you have to be in the right place at the right time, otherwise the hat is not for Alex. ;)

So true, I believe things happen exactly when they should & then it's up to you to make the right decision.

Same here,, my friend

Good luck, John. I notice that you're moving along nicely. Keep it up.

I really can relate to this! It was refreshing not to be sold with another video showing fancy mansions and sports cars selling something that over promises and under delivers. WA provides much value at a reasonable cost. And without all those upsells! Thanks WA!!

So true. And have you noticed that nobody here at WA ever speak about money in that sense? Rather, it's achievements that are celebrated. I think we have our priorities in the right place here.

First of all, Blessing, after seven days it's still free. You can build two siterubix websites and host them here for free. You never have to go premium if you don't want to. The problem is that after seeing how much they've learned in the Level 1 Certification course, most people want to keep learning and growing their websites. There are 3 more Certification levels that you won't have access to without being a premium member. You also will no longer have one on one support, but as far as I know you will stil have the live chat to find help. I'm glad you found the money to upgrade because I don't think you'll be sorry. However, some who might have to wait longer for financial reasons can still go premium later on.

Best wishes for your success.

Pat

You're so right, Pat, but I would'nt have been able to progress on my own, I think people that already have the knowledge of how to build & promote websites, can do it.

Good luck!

I think you're right to point out that people should emphasise that people have the opportunity to try it for free and the benefits available. The two types of membership didn't exist when I joined. We just had to take a leap of faith.

Hi Beverley, that's why I know that I can press on your button when I need help, you had faith & the courage to do it. Just imagine where I would be if I could'nt ask questions, I'll tell you, nowhere.

Thanks Lydia

I agree, if things are laid out without the emphasis to check it out free, it makes me nervous. Kyle I think has talked about that, none or not many online sites let you try for free And speak to the site owners.

One main reason I joined is because it was free to start, I was given help when I needed it, and I was not pressured to join Premium, I was left in peace to wander around and see that WA was legitimate. :)

Hi Jenna, that is exactly my point too. I would'nt have touched it had I known beforehand that there could be payment involved. All of the best!
