When you are in a post, in edit mode, if you scroll down to under your post edit box, you'll see the Meta Title and the Meta Description from the All-in-one SEO plugin. The snippet you see on google is the Meta Description that you need to edit.
Yeah, it won't let me override what's already in there though. I had to ask site support and they were able to override it. Hopefully whatever they did follows into my future posts.
